Spoke to Daniel for a consult and he was extremely helpful! I am having an issue with a landlord and lease takeover and Daniel immediately knew what to do to help. He gathered all facts, asked the right questions, and was able to provide me with expert legal advice. He was courteous and attentive and answered all my questions in detail. He provided me with all my options and laid them out in a way that was easy to understand and was most cost effective for me and my situation. He is well informed about tenant rights and I was much more at ease about my situation after speaking with him. I cannot recommend Daniel and his services more!
When we purchased our house we used Daniel to represent us. He was very thorough in his reviews and made sure the contract was done correctly.
He was an absolute pleasure to work with

Highest Recommendations
Hired to handle what my family and I initially believed was to be a straightforward and simple matter, but turned out to be everything but. Mr. Silverman was able to transition us to what turned out to be a litigious court dispute and then back to the negotiating table, all with professionalism, integrity and with tenacity in vigorously representing our rights at each turn. Whether for a transaction or litigation, Mr. Silverman always had our best interests at heart and kept us always apprised of every important developments, frequently checking in with us for our opinion on strategy.
He was timely and his fee was reasonable.

Cannot Recommend Highly Enough
Many years ago, Mr. Silverman guided me through what otherwise would have been a bewildering and complex process of starting my new interior design business. At each and every step, he made sure that I understood my options, considered relevant alternatives and was comfortable with the chosen path.
At that time, he and his firm (Silverman Sardar LLP) helped me choose the most appropriate form of business entity (C-Corporation versus S-Corporation versus Limited Liability Company, etc.) for my new venture, instructed me on naming conventions and other requirements for the new entity (particularly with respect to those terms which must be included in the entity name and those which cannot be included due to either trademark or other restrictions), drafted and filed the Articles of Formation for my new LLC with the Department of State, Division of Corporations, ensured that my new entity complied with New York State's Publication and Certification Requirements, worked with me and drafted an Operating Agreement for my new LLC, and assisted me with obtaining the various Federal and State income and sales tax documents and identification numbers required for my particular business.
As my business has grown, so have the issues it has had to deal with, and Mr. Silverman has continued to serve as an indispensable resource to it, as an advisor and true counselor to my company. To have his counsel means that you have an advisor truly worthy of the title. You will receive a highly strategic transactional- and litigation-oriented acumen, the benefit of what I view as a thorough consideration of business agreements and their provisions, the benefit of feedback filtered through what I see as his deep understanding of business issues and the differing personalities involved with those issues, as well as a high level of professionalism and honesty.
Today, Mr. Silverman continues to display a real loyalty and devotion to my business, as his and his firm's client, above all else (even when advising a particular course means less work (and thus fees to him and his firm)). I can reach him directly at almost anytime, and for those few times when I cannot immediately get through, he gets back to me promptly. I cannot review or recommend him highly enough. In my experience, he has been at the same time equal parts calmative and refreshing.
