I've never had to hire an attorney for tenancy issues, so when I had a problem with the landlord of my building, I didn't know who would be able to help me. After speaking with a couple of lawyers that were either not responsive or helpful, I wasn't sure what to expect from Jennifer. However, from t...he minute I reach out to her office, Mike, the senior paralegal, was friendly and patient walking me through the process. We scheduled a meeting with Jennifer for the following day and from that initial consultation onward I felt like I was in good hands. Throughout the process she provided, thoughtful and measured advice, was very responsive and I always had the feeling she was on top of things. The latter part of my dispute with the landlord happened just as COVID started to impact NY and still I never felt any concerns that she wouldn't get things done. Jennifer resolved my issue and was always very friendly and helpful. I came in thinking this would cost me an arm and a leg, but even the billing was very fair. I'm extremely satisfied with Jennifer's services and would recommend to anyone with a tenant issue.

Concerned about legal ramifications of a back-dated lease (landlord seeking to evade new rent-stabilization guidelines), I did an internet search and found Rozen's website. Got immediate, helpful response on a Saturday from the Chat rep (a PERSON), and after initial back and forth they told me someon...e would get back to me on Monday. Another person did, and I received more helpful information. I still decided to hire Ms. Rozen because of my somewhat sticky (to me) situation. So glad I did! She is friendly, knowledgeable, responive. Highly recommended. I still have time on the "meter" for assistance with future heat issues, if they come up.
