By the time I meet Jennifer, I already had hired and fired a very well known... legal firms in Manhattan who basically promised success at first, and once the retainer was paid, they refused to look at the evidence and without ever discussing with me they approached the opposing lawyer to ask for leniency which made me look guilty, his explanation to me was, my case was a loss battle. INSTEAD JENNIFER, look at the case and evidence and described a believable strategy where I will have the upper hand, and will have a strong outcome. Jennifer is a fighter, and she will not toy with your case, nor will she try to make nice with the opposing lawyer, she gave me instant confidence and left her office happy for the first time since this started. I knew she was my lawyer in the first five minutes we spoke, around her office one can see gifts from former clients she helped. I visit many lawyers and paid thousands of dollars for useless consultation for weeks before I told about Ms. Rozen, and I was on the verge of going to court and asking for a time extension, I also consider using my business lawyers who know nothing about landlord tenant but I was willing to take the chance. Jennifer is effective and very intelligent. I have used her twice, for a tenant claim and a real estate closing, and she was equally effective both times. She is a genuinely good person who works extremely hard for her clients. I have recommended her to others in the past, and I would absolutely use ...her again.

Jennifer was a perfect find for what I needed done with my apartment. As a client, who is also a lawyer, I can be very critical of the work product and process of other lawyers. No reason to be critical here. Jennifer was professional, but friendly (!) and worked hard to resolve an issue with a less ...than friendly landlord. The issue was resolved as quickly and completely as I could have wanted. It really is best to bring an expert in during these situations and Jennifer is the expert you want in your corner. It was clear she was incredibly experienced and has professional contacts in the New York real estate scene that made my situation's negotiating a lot easier. I cannot recommend her enough.
