Family Court

Concetta and her associates were amazing from start to finish. She was very honest and up front about the entire process. She was very professional, punctual, extremely reasonable, always made sure I was over prepared for what ever was thrown my way so there were little to no surprises, and she was always very easy to contact and highly responsive to emails, calls and texts no matter what day or time. Connie you were way ahead of the crowd when you created all the documents my now wife and I needed to protect ourselves prior to being able to legally marry. BEST ATTORNEY EVER!

I consulted with Concetta Spirio a few months back to have her help me with a difficult situation I had with my divorce which had happened 10 years ago. I asked her for the rules of what the child support upward modification parameters should be for my situation with 3 children. She was prompt with her phone calls back to me , and was extremely knowledgeable about this subject matter. What made me feel even better about Concetta, was that she was truly concerned about my situation and quite honestly gave me the guts and determination to do what I should have done a long time ago , which was approach my ex husband about what he was lacking in doing for his children. She gave me such support and was completely honest with me and the end result was that my children benefited from her expertise. I recommend her highly and hope you all get the results that I did.

Real estate

I worked with Concetta on a real estate sale. The process was flawless, even the last minute glitches were worked out in a calm and professional manner. I then recommended her to a neighbor who worked with her on 2 separate complicated real estate closings. They were so pleased with her work and couldn't be more complimentary. These were close friends, so I'm so happy it worked out well for everyone.

Divorce

She is a very comfortable person she made the whole ugly process ,much easier shes knowledgeable in all areas .Made a tough time real easy .Getting 2 people to agree is a hard task but she explained the pros and cons so it was it our both best interest.

Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

The first time I consulted Concetta was for a bankruptcy. She explained everything thoroughly, her prep was meticulous, and she held my hand through the entire process. The experience left me feeling relief. I have consulted her numerous times over the years for myself and family members. She always answers questions, advises, or refers to qualified council if it is not in her wheelhouse. She will soon be preparing our wills. I would recommend Concetta to anyone without hesitation.

court appearance

Concetta was very helpful in dealing with a matter that required a court appearance. She arrived in advance to walk me through the process and made me feel comfortable. Afterwards, she took the time to sit with me and explain the implications of various scenarios related to my case, which led me to make a thoughtful and informed decision. In the future, I would certainly look to Concetta for additional services if I need them, and would refer my friends and family to her.

Comfortable, Patient and Knowledgable

My husband and I worked with Concetta on our wills and health care proxies. From the minute we met her and we began working together, it was evident that Concetta was extremely knowledgeable in these areas. We had an idea of how we wanted things to go, and Concetta also made some useful suggestions that fit into our life and situation. Avoid this attorney - you can do much better!

I would strongly suggest you interview other attorney’s prior to retaining Concetta Spirio, ESQ. She’s is unprofessional and creates needless delays in processing paperwork, this will also hurt you with any opposing counsel before a judge and draw out your case. During your interview take special note of the way she communicates, what could be said in five minutes takes one hour, do yourself a favor and look for a more efficient attorney.
