I had a life insurance policy on my husband that was under two years, which required an investigation. I was worried my claim would be denied, due to one of the health questions on the application. In error, my husband did not indicate he took blood pressure medication eight years before the policy was written. I called Eric's office and he immediately spoke with me. He was reassuring, supportive, kind and helpful. If I was denied my claim, Eric was willing to take my case. Thankfully, I was not denied. In the meantime, Eric called or emailed me to see how I was doing several times. He could not have been nicer. I had hope because of his knowledge in this field. He understood my concerns and I will always be grateful to him.

I am a tenant with an ongoing case in housing court against my landlord. I had minimal knowledge of housing court before I hired a lawyer. Eric has taught me so much about housing law and explains everything to me in a way that I can truly understand. He is patient, kind, and respectful and makes me feel confident in my case.
Eric constantly keeps me up to date about my case. He emails, calls, and texts to make sure I'm informed and takes care of the things he needs to efficiently and effectively. He arrives to every meeting and court case prepared and on time. In court he is composed, knowledgeable, and clearly goes above and beyond to fight my case. It is quite obvious to me how much work he puts into my case in and out of court.
A settlement has not been reached yet and I have full confidence that eric will get for me exactly what is owed to me, maybe even more. It is obvious that the opposing lawyers in this case fear Eric and take him very seriously. They know they have to bring their A game every day that Eric is around. Eric will not stop working hard until he gets the results he believes I deserve. I strongly believe that nobody can do a better job than Eric has been doing and I would totally hire him again in any future legal disagreements I may have. Eric has also known of my financial struggles and doesn't take advantage of me financially which I find almost non-existent in NY today. I strongly believe his drive is more about helping the little guy and fighting for what he believes is legally and morally right. Always the professional and always making me feel like his number one priority, Eric Dinnocenzo is the best lawyer in the business. I cannot recommend more highly.

Eric is a highly qualified lawyer. As a life insurance attorney myself, I have consulted with him on several occasions involving complex matters in our field. He is friendly, responsive, wonderful... If there is any case I can't handle personally, he is the attorney I trust and recommend.
