Thanks God, I found Irene Vaisman in the Web. So, in 1999 I was banned from entering the US by the immigration judge. And the article was extremely unpleasant, difficult for solving the problem, and, as I believe, absolutely unfair to me. I need to obtain a waiver of ineligibility from the US. This i...neligibility is retained until the subject reaches age 90 (!), but I need to visit the US sometime for my business. After 16 years of the ban, I turned to Irene. She immediately and clearly determined what I need, and how to act; and also – it is very important for me – Irene believed that my ban was the result of a misunderstanding. I hired Irene after the misfortunate event of my green card taken away at the airport by an officer because of a criminal charge many years ago that was actually dismissed. I was given a temporary I-551 and was devastated as I had my greencard for 15+ years. Irene sympathized with me and has give...n me a whole list of things I should get for her in order to get my green card back and the removal proceedings to be canceled. Affidavits, diplomas and many other things... she had a very very thick file for me. She also got me ready for the hearing via skype and then in person.
