About Irene
Biography
I am admitted to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey Bar and to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. After gaining valuable experience in a busy immigration law firm, I started my own practice in 2009. I fully manage the immigration practice of my firm and have build it to become one of the strongest and respected practice areas in the community.
I am a very active attorney and get involved in all aspects of all immigration cases. All of my clients know me personally and have their questions and concerns answerd almost immidiately. I have conducted many immigration proceedings in various venues including, but not limited to master and individual deportation hearings in issues such as cancellation of removal and asylum. I am also very experienced with adjustment of status, INA 212(c) trials and throughout the years have been representing a large amount of clients with I-601 and I-601A issues, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) petitions, and Naturalizations proceedings and appeals. I have extensive experience with Criminal Immigration law. My clients range from immigrants from the West Indies/Caribbean nations, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and South America. I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and The New York State Bar association and strongly belive in continued professional education and growth regardless of years of experience.

Irene is an attorney that won't give up even when there are issues that take a lot of work to get through. She found a way to file other than "electronically" and each filing was excepted. Other attorneys sat on our case for 2 years and didn't even try to file.
