Highly Recommend- Diligent, Detailed & Determined

David represented me in my divorce case, and was instrumental in streamlining the process. During the most heated points of the final negotiations, he remained steadfast in our position and helped me devise strategies to gain leverage. When opposing counsel was waivering in their ability to follow... due process and file paperwork timely, he was equally as steadfast in his position and ‘white gloved’ the process to completion. I can only speculate for the discussions that took place behind the scenes, but by the end of the case, I felt as though opposing counsel had been through the wringer, and the negotiated settlement felt equally fair and just. I would qualify my Divorce as successful, and David was instrumental in assuring this. Highly recommend retaining as counsel if you need someone who is going to get the job done and not take any excuses or lack of action lightly.

We are grateful and finally at peace

David has helped me though many cases. He stood by my side for Paternity, Child Support, Contempt of Child Support, Fails ACS allegations, custody with visitation and grandparent’s visitation. He was set out of the best interested of my child. He told me when I was asking for too much and he told me ...when I needed to fight. He was right! He stood up and fought for us even when I felt I could not take any more, he was right there. I got everything I requested. I hate to use the word “won but he “won”. I could not ask for a better attorney and I’m so glad it is now over. He was always truthful and that’s what I loved about David. I would not be where I’m now with my family if it was not for him. We are grateful and finally at peace.

Excellent work

As man dealing with family court issues, it is really rough and we are always considered the underdog in the courtroom. So I got a lawyer, and it was Mr. Zaslavsky. As my attorney, he listened to my side of the story and was able to counsel me through the entire process. To make a long story short, I... ended up winning the case. Mr. Zaslavsky by far is one of the best attorneys I have seen. Guys, you won’t go wrong. He will be with you every step of the way, so you won’t be alone.

Excellent Family Attorney

David Zaslavsky represented me in a Legal family Matter case with ACS. From the moment I spoke and met him I knew he would get me out of the mess I was accused of and have the case against me, dropped and closed for good. Thanks God and Zaslavsky I can now live my life much peaceful. Never once ...did I doubt I was in the best possible hands. Always replied to my phone calls and emails without delays. Wonderful job done in the complicated international divorce case situation!

Mr. Zaslavsky managed to persuade the cohort of pricey and overconfident lawyers that the ridiculous claims of their client who tried to fight for custody and then unsupervised visitation rights of his so called stepchild are unsound and not legally right. He also made them realize that ignoring inte...rnational law in respect of Hague Convention by starting the second divorce action while the first one was already pending is also quite not lege artis. All his efforts made the plaintiff withdraw the faulty lawsuit and made me very happy saving my time and nerves from unnecessary and costly litigation. Thank you Mr. Zaslavsky for your hard work, skills, empathy and professionalism!
