Efficient, communicative, dedicated

. I cannot thank James enough for the work he has done to help me with my DV situation. I needed help navigating and obtaining a civil protection order, and James was present for each and every court proceeding, making sure I was comfortable, confident, and ready. James provided evidence and delivere...d my testimony so clearly and concisely, and left out no details. James also made sure to check in with me to make sure I was personally holding up well with all the stress and anxiety from my DV situation. I recommend James Saulsbury to anyone and everyone who needs a dedicated, passionate, and supportive attorney. He truly cares about his clients.

Understanding of the problems I wanted to solve, provided concrete advice on what I need to prepare to present my facts and logic, very responsive when I had questions. Helped me achieve my goal and resolve issues. Good advocate for me as a client.

Understanding, Compassionate, Professional

My divorce was incredibly stressful and James took much of that away. I felt he really understood my goal of a dissolution with as little drama as possible. He was very kind and respectful, he seemed to be friends or at least friendly to all staff members at the court house. I could tell he was well ...respected. He’s funny and brings humor to help ease uncomfortable situations. He had great communication. I appreciated that he had a sensible approach as opposed to being cut throat. I highly recommend him anytime I hear someone may need an attorney for a family law issue.

Reflecting on the peace you gave me and my children

I feel so honored to have been excepted and then hired Jim to handle my divorce back in 2007. I just picked him out of the phone book and hit the jack pot when I retained him. He was professional, sensitive , and extremely helpful. He has always left an enormous impression on me. I am a flight atte...ndant who had two children and was now living out of the state. He arranged meetings with me at the airport because he knew I didn't live in town and I did not have a car. My ex- husband was a con man and I came with all the proof he needed to take my case and win my divorce. In thinking about him today, I googled him to see how he and his business is doing. I would like to thank him for his caring, friendly, and professional service. I would highly recommended him every day and all the time. 30+ years strong that is wonderful. Thank you, Jim

Peace of Mind

I found Jim through NOLO, received excellent advice and then hired him. He walked me through each step of my divorce, ensuring I knew what was happening and answering my many questions. We came very close to trial and through his years of wisdom and sound direction, we were able to avoid it. During m...ediation, he provided sound advice on how address each area. I highly recommend hiring him. He is compassionate and fights for his clients.
