Lifesaver ...100% Success Record!

Atty. Ramesh Gurnani has supported me on my petition for last 11 years. All processes to get us green card including multiple RFEs were managed successfully without any glitch ever. The best quality I liked about him is, he always listens to our personal situation and gives the right legal advice. ...In my case particularly, he discouraged me to move from EB3 to EB2 and it was a master stroke! Working with Lucia Antonio in his office was a pleasure- she is always prompt and returns our calls and follows up on each and everything. I would highly recommend their service.

GC experience through Gurnani & Gurnani.

Mr Ramesh Gurnani and Lucia Antonio have worked very diligently to help me get my green card. They were very efficient in getting all the steps cleared on the first go without any hiccups. While porting my category from EB3 to EB2 my case was stuck in BALCA and Mr Gurnani with his thorough knowledge ...on immigration laws argued successfully with BALCA and got my case approved. It was a miracle! All my H1-B filings and renewals were promptly handled in a timely fashion without me or my employer having to unduly chase them down.

Most Satisfactory

A friendly office to work with

6 months after filing I-485, I changed to Mr. Gurnani in 2008, from my original employer's attorney. He helped me file AC-21 and get green card without an issue. I would highly recommend Mr. Gurnani.

Words cannot express the message correctly most of the time

we had a very bad situation in 2011, due to my earlier employer mess. But Mr. and Mrs. Gurunani brought back and ensured our legal stay here, with no issues. It just took about 3 years to achieve our goal of getting the Green Card. We are so delighted that self and family members are unable to expres...s the joy and happiness in words. We are very Thankful to My Employer, Mr. and Mrs. Gurunani and his undoubtedly knowledgeable team members for your timely guidance and perfect preparation. We pray god to give a happy and peaceful life to all the members in the firm.
