My current practice focuses exclusively on immigration law. Since 2013, I have been an owner of and partner at Hurtubise Weber Law in San Francisco and San Jose, California.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2008, where I attended on a full scholarship. After law school I represented clients in court, including immigrants, as an attorney for children. Since 2011, I have been practicing exclusively in the area of immigration law.
I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), which was established in 1946 to promote justice, advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law and policy, advance the quality of immigration and nationality law and practice, and enhance the professional development of its members. I work to further these goals as a leader and Immediate Past Chair in the AILA Santa Clara Valley Chapter.
I am committed to my community. I volunteer at pro bono legal clinics, serve as a mentor through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, and represent children in their immigration matters on a pro bono basis.
I bring my persistence and focus to every client and every case. I believe true advocacy is rooted in the details.
I am a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and am the Immediate Past Chair for AILA's Santa Clara Valley Chapter. I have been a member of the State Bar of California since 2008.

I recently got married to my French husband. Naturally the immigration and green card applications seemed extremely daunting. My husband and I had decided it might be a good idea to have a short consultation with a lawyer. After speaking with a few people on the phone we happened to get ahold of Nico...

My case is about to end. Hopefully everything turns out right. Based on what I have been told I will have my mom here in the US with me. Nicole has been very patient with my mom's case and showed me the great person she is. Always communicating what is going on on the case and showing her support 100...

Nicole was very clear and helpful in answering our questions about our application for a spouse green card, even though we did not choose to hire her in the end (we decided to try the application on our own). She answered questions quickly and fully and was very professional.
"I have known Ms. Weber for several years while we were on the Executive Committee of AILA Santa Clara Valley. We have also worked on a complex immigration matter where I have witnessed her ability to analyze a very complex matter and bring it to a successful conclusion. The matter involved immigration court proceedings which I handled and a difficult administrative process which she did. The client was thrilled with the outcome."
"As opposing counsel, it was clear to me that Nicole was always going to fight tooth and nail for her clients. Despite this, she is able to clearly communicate with me and to her clients in such a way that was productive and amenable for everyone involved."
"I highly endorse this lawyer. Nicole is very knowledgeable yet able to explain complex matters in a way that is easy for lay people to understand. She is extremely responsive to questions and helps people feel at ease as they go through the process. Nicole stays on top of her cases and is attentive to details, ensuring everything is done in a timely manner."
"Nicole is an excellent immigration attorney, and her compassion for and dedication to her clients shines through in everything she does."
"Nicole is hard working, diligent, and a thorough advocate for her clients. But more importantly, she is approachable and a good listener. She always makes times to call and E-mail people back."
"I wholeheartedly endorse this lawyer. A brilliant personal injury and wrongful death attorney, highly respected in the legal community."
"Nicole is very thorough in her work- you can be sure that if Nicole has assessed your case, she has looked at it from every angle and considered all the options. She is very client-focused and works hard to address her clients' needs and concerns."
"Nicole is a very focus and detail-oriented attorney who is dedicated to getting the best possible results for her clients. She is also very engaged in her community. She has done a number of pro bono cases, volunteers with children and is on the Executive Committee of the Santa Clara Valley chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association."
"Nicole is an excellent attorney who truly cares about her clients. She is always thoroughly prepared and is a zealous advocate for her clients. She is a meticulous professional who provides personal service, as she understands the needs of each client's case and works with them to ensure that those are met. I highly recommend her."
