Exceptional immigration Attorney

My green card processwas initially handled by sponsoring company's attorney. For all wrong reasons both my perm and I140 filings were messed up. I almost waited 8yrs just for the perm approval. Baring all this frustration, after my I140 approval I approached Mr. Ramesh Gurnani to file EAD, AP a...nd I485. Mr. Ramesh went through my case and gave me honest opinion and realistic answers. Just within six months after filing I485, I got my green card. Thorough documentation and his insight in immigration law is wonderful. Staff at his office is very helpful with my queries and response time is very minimal. I will 100% recommend Gurnani&Gurnani for all immigration needs.

Excellent Service

Mr Gurnani represented me and my wife for more than 10 years. He is very knowledgeable and knows very well what works well. I highly recommend Mr Gurnani firm for all the immigration needs. The firm made sure the process went very smooth for all these years. The firm also guided me upfront what are t...he things I should be aware of while in visa status. The fees are very reasonable for the quality of the service that was received. They promptly answered all the immigration questions I had in the process which was very helpful.

Good Lawyer

My case was a EB3 to EB2 and I got my GC recently. Ramesh has done my labor and I-140 filing. The most complicated steps in the greencard process is labor and Ramesh has done it very well. At the time of doing labor he gives thought about what kind of concern USCIS may raise in future and keep t...he things prepared to answer those. Though in my case there was little mistake in I-140 filing , but Ramesh and his team stay after it and continuously followed up with USCIS until the error was corrected.

Top Notch Immigration Attorney in Edison , New Jersey
