Knowledgeable and Professional Attorney

Mr. Gurnani and his staff were very courteous and helpful in preparing the petition and responding to RFE. Easily accessible to discuss questions or concerns and always have a mitigation plan during contingencies. Mr. Gurnani has tremendous knowledge and expertise in Immigration Laws. He would be my... first go person for our family immigration needs and I definitely recommend his services. Last but not least, he has an excellent paralegal team which is a highly responsive and quick turnaround.

Exceptional immigration Attorney

My green card processwas initially handled by sponsoring company's attorney. For all wrong reasons both my perm and I140 filings were messed up. I almost waited 8yrs just for the perm approval. Baring all this frustration, after my I140 approval I approached Mr. Ramesh Gurnani to file EAD, AP a...nd I485. Mr. Ramesh went through my case and gave me honest opinion and realistic answers. Just within six months after filing I485, I got my green card. Thorough documentation and his insight in immigration law is wonderful. Staff at his office is very helpful with my queries and response time is very minimal. I will 100% recommend Gurnani&Gurnani for all immigration needs.

A peace of mind after meeting Mr. Gurnani, and he gets the job done

I have been in this country for more than 15 years, my attorney from my first job totally messed up my H1B, and I was out of status for 9 months (yes, I was ignorant and careless about it too). I had to leave the country for a visa stamp in my home country. When I came back, the second attorney that ...I had told me the "out of status" will have SIGNIFICANT impact on my green card, so I was worried all along until that I met Ramesh due to involuntary job changes. On my first visit to Ramesh's office, I could feel that I was in good hands. He explained to me why I should not worry. Within two years, his office handled my my H1B transfer (with and RFE), H1B extension, PERM, I-140, and I-485. Yes, I have my GC now! It's a blessing to meet the right people.

Stay away.Don;t be fooled

Gives a lecture how he is the best. Unable to handle EB2 categories, insisted to file EB3 only. Also, missed the I-485 current filing period because of his mistake. Now waiting for date to be current from last two years. Don't ever go with him. He threaten's a lot and looks for your pocket. Files unn...eccesary Ads in the highest cost publications if you are paying from your pocket. Got dumped to this attorney and now paying for it.
