H1B Immigration - An excellent lawyer

Words are too small to express Mr.Gurnani's work. My case was a typical upgrade from eb3 to eb2 with the same employer. Be it putting the initial application or RFE reply and review, Mr.Gurnani's expertise and knowledge in the field of immigration really my application to the last bit. Although I ...have worked with Mr.Gurnani only on immigration related matters, I am sure he has extensive knowledge and expertise in other legal areas as well. I would recommend Mr.Gurnani to anybody who seeks assistance with legal matter. Thank you, Mr.Gurnani and kudos to your great assistance.

Top Notch Immigration Attorney in Edison , New Jersey

I have been working with Mr. Gurnani for the past 14 years as our company's Immigration Counsel. Apart from the fact that he has a over 99% success rate what really makes him stand apart from the crowd are the following - His rapport with the key folks in USCIS and the ability to pick up the phon...e and talk to them in DC or Vermont directly to make his case and get favorable response for his client - His willingness and ability to take on tough and complicated cases - His quick analysis of a situation and coming up with right strategy and appeal and being decisive and clear in response and communication - His excellent Educational Background - Highly competent support team He has been a real asset for me and our company and has played a big part in the success of our operations in IT services of over 350 employees and over 1000 hires over the years. 485 AoS case

First of all, Mr. Gurnani is very knowledgeable about the entire spectrum of immigration laws, rules and processes. He was thorough in his paperwork as well as the guidance provided to me for generating the paperwork. I have seen many cases of applicants getting kick-backs and rejections due to poor ...initial submissions. We never suffered from these problems. Over a 7 year period that my applications were under process, I changed employment and the transition of my case was seamless at Mr. Gurnani's office. If you are looking for proper guidance and risk mitigation in your cases, you should certainly check out Mr. Gurnani. Keep in mind he will expect good discipline and thoroughness from your side as well. He does throw things on a wall to see what sticks.

Mr. Ramesh Gurnani- A Smart Immigration Attorney

My first impression of Mr. Gurnani was that he was a smart and knowledgeble attorney. He has given us professional and sound advice throughout our GC filing process. He will get the job done. The support staff is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

A good immigration Attorney

We have used Gurnani & Gurnani for past 8 Years. He is subject matter expert .He has done a number of H1 , GC cases for us and has given us good results. Even in complex cases he has been able to bring up old cases references to get these through.
