also known as Matthew R. Abatemarco Esq.
I have a strong committment to resolving cases in a cost-effective and amicable fashion. As a Mediator and Collaborative Attorney, I attempt settlement first before spending emotional and financial capital to battle through the Court system. The Court system is oftentimes necessary when clients are faced with headstrong adversaries. Attempting a settlement which focuses on the best interests of the family and win/win scenarios provides long term solutions for parties and so it should be attempted prior to resorting to the Court.

Matthew was there to navigate my divorce that went on for years. He is extremely intelligent, has a sense of humor, knows when to be firm and doesn’t give up. Wouldn’t have made it without him. I know only Matt could have taken on the challenges he had. I am forever grateful!

Matt guided us through the process where we both felt like we had a voice in the matter and were fairly represented. It would not have gone nearly as smoothly as it did witho...

"Matthew Abatemarco is an outstanding attorney and a breed apart. He has an exceptional depth and breadth of knowledge of the law and rules, approaches his cases with a blend of zeal, creative problem solving and realism, and is a true professional at all times. As a colleague he has been an incredible resource, gracious and supportive, and I look forward to having a case as adversaries as I have no doubt he will be equally professional and courteous from the other side of the aisle. He is also an exceptionally skilled mediator, making parties comfortable and enabling even the most challenging personalities to reach reasonable consensus in order to move forward with their lives. I wholeheartedly endorse Matthew Abatemarco."
