Aleksandra defended me in an immigration case and consulted me on my divorce case, she is very knowledgeable of her specialty subjects, sharp and quick with the right responses in court and outside, polite but cunning in interrogation technique, always returned my calls and texts in a timely manner, always had the right answers and solutions for my case, I was never misled by her during my entire 4 days in court, she came to me as a recommendation and I am glad I chose her to defend me against many false allegations and gave me back my rights, she loves helping people and what she does and I believe that's what drives her to be this good at what she does.
Ms. Gontaryuk is a refugee herself and therefore is intimately aware of the various procedures and intricacies that the immigration process can bring. She speaks Russian, Ukrainian, and Spanish so she can better assist you if you have difficulties with the English language. Aside from the practice of law, Aleksandra spent many years translating for people with legal needs such as asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, personal injury, workers’ compensation, municipal and contract work. Her dedication to her practice is only surpassed by her devotion to helping others.
During law school, Ms. Gontaryuk clerked for Judge Helen Voutsinas of the Nassau District Court, she was selected to take part of a highly competitive Securities Arbitration Clinic, interned for Nationwide in-house counsel, and received an outstanding achievement award for her role in an interscholastic Moot Court competition.
Ms. Gontaryuk is admitted to the State of New Jersey Bar and is currently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, National Association of Professional Women, and American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Stay of removeral
Ms Alessandra, is one of the best layer that I have ever met. ICE has gave my just two weeks to buy Plan tickets to go home. Mr Alessandra was told about my case. She met with me and my husband on a very shot notice. She filed a stay of removeral for us. Happy to say the stay is approved and we are in the United state and are very happy! I would recommend her to anyone with a hard case. She is one of the best layer you can ever meet. She, will sit and listen to all of your concerns.

Best immigration lawyer
I worked with several lawyers before Aleksandra and I must say none of them compare to her with knowledge and expertise that she possesses. She is extremely client oriented and highly knowledgable in immigration law. She is responsible for my extremely complicated yet successful case for obtaining 2 year home residency requirement waiver. While other lawyers would not even take my case she approached it with most positive energy and as a result I have a successful outcome. Highly recommend her to anyone for any immigration legal advice. You will be highly satisfied!

Visa Help
I had attorneys working on my case before but none were as efficient as she was. The process was quick and the attention was personal. Everything was explained to me as we went along and I received a response from USCIS within a few days.

"I had the pleasure and privilege of attending law school with Aleks and we worked together closely on cases for workers denied their unemployment benefits, appeals and as translator for the Law reform Clinic. I now refer her all of my immigration cases and the clients are very satisfied with her work. Aleks has excellent language skills in Spanish, Russian and Ukraine. But even more importantly she is a caring person and zealous advocate for the clients she represents."

"Attorney Gontaryuk practices in the same geographical areas as our office. Her excellent reputation as a young and devoted lawyer is becoming well known among veteran practitioners. Given her trajectory so far, I would not be surprised to see, in a few years, affiliated with a major immigration law firm."
