I concentrate my practice on Family and Matrimonial Law and represent clients in complex family and matrimonial matters from inception to conclusion, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, alimony, child support, equitable distribution of diversified business interests and assets, and domestic violence issues. I also have extensive experience in drafting marital settlement agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, and shared parenting plans. In addition, I have successfully argued before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, on numerous occasions.
Prior to entering private practive, I servied as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Eugene A. Iadanza, P.J.F.P., where I also became a Certified Mediator of Special Civil Part cases. While in law school, I served as a clerk for the South Carolina House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, where I managed new legislation brought before the Family Law Subcommittee.
I was born in Long Branch, New Jersey and I am a life long resident of Monmouth County. I attended high school at Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, New Jersey, college at Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina, and law school at the University of South Carolina School of Law.
