Michael Jude Gunteski

I engaged the services of Michael J. Gunteski from the law firm Senoff & Enis. To get right to the point: The first is that, in the course of filing Motions Mr. Gunteski neglected to get the required proof of service from the opposition. I followed up with him several times and was assured that he... would send me a copy confirming the above. He never did. He later admitted that proof of service such as Certified Mail, was never sent resulting in months lost. On another occasion, Mr. Gunteski didn't include the required case information statement (C.I.S.) with a Motion. After waiting months for the court to consider the Motion, the court eventually rejected it out of hand because of the missing document. The Motion had to be refiled. OK you say, mistakes happen. Well, this next fact coupled with the above should give one pause on pursuing legal advice this individual. Several Motions were filed on this case. There was no opposition (cross-motion) to any of the Motions. None. Yet, he was unsuccessful with every one of them. I can offer several other important facts regarding the law firm of Senoff & Enis and Michael Gunteski. However, I'll close with this. While I was sending funds each month to pay down legal expenses, I received an email that essentially stated that he will not represent me any longer. A real upstanding guy. Caveat Emptor.
