I hired Richard to defend me against a traffic violation that was going to put points on my record and increase my insurance. From my first phone consultation, he was easy to talk to and understanding— two traits I didn’t expect. Richard actually went to the court for me on the day of my trial (I did...n’t have to go) and represented me. He was able to reduce the charge and I was charged a fee, but didn’t receive any points on my license. I would hire Richard again in a heartbeat when (hopefully not though!) I needed to. I recommend him to everyone!! Great and so easy to work with.

I can't recommend this firm highly enough - I am SO glad I hired them to help me. Their rates were reasonable, so much so that they actually ended up being half what the fines and fees would potentially have been if I'd represented myself & plead guilty. I was really stressed over going to court f...or 3 tickets related to an auto accident - two 2-points tickets and one 0-points ticket. It was a complex case, and I dreaded pretty much any question I might have been asked...it just would have been difficult to explain without going into a long story, which I definitely did not want to do (I'm kind of shy anyway, and hate public speaking). I had seen the judge in action when I requested more time to find an attorney, and I could tell he was incredibly smart and perceptive. I wasn't looking forward to facing him in court and trying to explain a complicated situation that I quite frankly just wanted to forget. It was really scary, actually. But I needn't have worried. My attorney was amazing - he worked everything out with the prosecutor, who agreed to toss out the two 2-pt tickets if I plead guilty to the third, 0-pt ticket. It was quick and painless, and I didn't have to answer a single awkward question. The judge was very nice, and he even joked around a bit (I'm not sure if that was a by-product of having representation, but it certainly seemed that way.) I definitely felt safer having an attorney by my side, guiding me through the process. Thank you SO much! Words can't express how grateful I am to have had such a stressful experience go so smoothly, and turn out so well. You guys just rock. :)
