How do you charge a juvenile in NJ?

Mr. Popovich explained why he would not pursue a case against a minor who was harassing me and my business. Although I did not necessarily agree with everything he said, he gave me his opinion in the way that an attorney would interpret the law, which I have found over the years, is not the way laym...en would interpret the law. It appears that in my case, there really is not much that could be done and that is not the fault of this attorney. At least he did not waste my time/money by giving me hope that I might be able to win this case. Trust me, I have had attorneys that brought me into the office stating that they wanted to look at the case, took my money and then basically threw the case when we got to court. It has given me a distrust for most attorneys. I'm glad that at least Mr. Popovich gave me an honest opinion regarding the case and that he would not pursue it.

So thankful

I had a question in regards to age of consent with my 18 year old son. Not only did Mr. Popovich answer on the night before a holiday but he gave solid information for me, a single mom, to begin the confusing laws so that I can open up the communication of making good decisions. I can say, without... a doubt, if I ever need to hire a lawyer, I would not hesitate to hire him.

Wonderful feedback

William provided the most detailed and most helpful answers to my questions on Avvo. His advice is consistent with medical recommendations in my area of concern. He certainly goes out of his way to help and his advice is very insightful, giving me confidence in the actions I am pursuing.

Great lawyer

He helped me out with a tough situation and I could tell that he genuinely cared. He's also very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the situation from all angles.

I truly appreciate his help!

I found Mr. Popovich through AVVO. He answered one of my questions. I emailed him to discuss my matter further as I had a few questions and I had no clue about the law process. He was very accommodating, He answered all my questions and gave me sound advice and allayed many of my fears. He was able t...o clarify so many things for me. He is very courteous and friendly when speaking. Some other lawyers found through the bar service refused to even answer my questions and through AVVO I was able find a great informed and helpful individual like Mr. Popovich. If I ever need to retain legal services in future he is on top of my list. Words can not express my appreciation. He is very prompt with his answers and HE ACTUALLY LISTENS to you. I felt less nervous about my case thanks to his help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
