Eric M.Mark is very talented and knowledgeable immigration lawyer. He handled my I485 (AOS) application very well ,which was very tricky. Reason - I got one arrest record & case dismissed after PTI. Because he is knowledgeable to handle both Immigration & Criminal law. He guided me very well througho...ut my green card journey. He always responded to my queries promptly and patiently. Eric has represented me several times, each with outstandingly good results. My family and I had a very long immigration case spanning over 20 years and we had several different lawyers over the years from all over the country. We hired him after we had been ordered deported, lost both appeals, and w...ere detained by ICE around 2011. He was able to help my family who was not detained to push a strong effort to arrange our release. I will not go into specifics but Eric went above and beyond and reached FARRRRRR and wide to arrange our release. Eric arranged our release from ICE custody with no bail, no electronic monitoring device, nothing. Just an order of supervision to check in every 6 months, which he also used to get us employment authorization documents so we could work and obtain a NJ license legally. Eric also represented me in a criminal defense capacity and each time he said, and I quote, "we will not accept anything less than a dismissal" and he got the dismissal both times. Also, my family has been trying to get an waiver of some kind for our immigration case since 1993 or so, and several previous lawyers told us that this waiver was impossible to get given our circumstances. Well, Eric got the waiver for us, no small feat I'm sure, which was a crucial part of our case moving forward. Eric has been an extremely honest, transparent, and reliable lawyer since the first encounter. I would recommend him (and i have) to anyone who needs a lawyer. He is extremely sharp and, for lack of a better term, knows his stuff verryyyy well. My only mistake in regards to my dealings with Eric was not taking his advice on something when he told me what would be best for me to do. At the time, I thought it was not necessary and he was being overly cautious. However, turned out he was right and by me not listening to him and doing what he said would be best for me, I ended up in the exact position he warned me I would be in if I didn't take his advice... Basically, if he's your lawyer, just listen to whatever he says even if you think its not necessary, because by the time you realize he was right it might be too late. If I ever need representation again in my life, I wouldn't dream of going to another attorney. Besides his legal abilities, Eric actually cares about his clients and does what is in their best interest, and this is apparent.
