I believe everyone deserves a chance. Everyone deserves achance to defend himself or herself and explain what needs to be explained. Ihave spent a lot of time overseas and have many friends and family from othercountries. When I describe the opportunity that Americans have to stand up forthemselves, to defend themselves and to challenge the State, my foreign friendsare always amazed and envious. Receiving those reactions, understanding theuniqueness of our justice system, and appreciating those opportunities make meproud to do what I do.
Aftergraduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, I became an AssistantProsecutor in Somerset County, NJ. I handled criminal and juvenile prosecutionsof all natures from the investigation stages through trial. I argued numerouscases in the Appellate Division and submitted briefs to the New Jersey Supreme Court.
Whilea law student I had several eye-opening experiences that helped me gain myappreciation for the law and our justice system. I was a judicial intern to theHonorable Katharine S. Hayden of the Federal District Court in Newark, NJ and Iwas a legal intern at the Ministry of Justice of the State of Israel. Theseplaces showed me people, cases and laws of various philosophies and differentbackgrounds.
Igained my bachelors degree in History and Journalism & Mass Media fromRutgers University, where I graduated the University with Honors and from mymajors with Highest Honors. I rowed varsity crew all four years.
In immigration cases, criminal defense, and drunk driving my clients are often fighting uphill battles. The outcomes can never be guaranteed and all the pressure andstress is on them because they stand to lose the most. For that reason Ihold nothing back. Each client is my most important client. Every client has mycell phone number and can call me at anytime with questions. I have severaloffices and try to accommodate clients by meeting as close to their homes orbusinesses as possible, and on days and at times where they will not have tomiss work.
Ihave the legal knowledge, courtroom presence and relentless work ethic toprovide you with the representation you need in a personable manner so thatyour experience with the legal system is as painless and as successful aspossible.

Good criminal lawyer
Eric is an honest attorney. That is #1. Also, he will work things out for you in an honest way and do his best. I had a crooked attorney before this so Eric had to help straighten things out for me and he did. He got me into PTI and also worked on expungement. He did this professionally and with...
Thank you "Anonymous." Even for cases the end with a dismissal, it is unpleasant to disclose an identity online. It took years, appeals, and a lot of patience, but we achieved what we set out to achieve.

Fantastic lawyer and a great human being
Eric is a fantastic lawyer that I could not more highly recommend. I was referred to him by my previous lawyer when my immigration and criminal case became too complicated. For 13 years I was in danger of deportation. I consulted many, many lawyers who all told me that my case was hopeless. Specif...
Thank you, Gosha. It has been a pleasure working with you, all the way from when it seemed certain you would be deported, to vacating your old conviction, and to the day you naturalized. I have never seen someone so in shock when the immigration officer said, "Congratulations, you are now a US Citizen," but given what you went through, it made sense. I hope with all this behind you, your clean record and your shiny new US passport, you can go on to great and enjoyable things!

Fantastic Representation
I am pleased to write this review of Attorney Mark and to share my experience working with him. Mr. Mark assisted me in obtaining an expungement for a matter that occurred almost 20 years ago. The incident, while minor, appeared on routine interstate background checks. Attorney Mark did a tremendous...
