I contacted Mr. Rogers with questions concerning an extradition case. I explained my situation and he immediately explained the options I had, which were esentially none. He explained that the sooner the extradition toolk place the sooner my relative could be released from jail. I learned of an issue regarding my daughter which required retaining the services of an attorney. I was pressed for time to answer the issue and of course it was after 5pm and there were literally NO attorneys available at that time of day. Or if they were according to their recordings, they required... an appointment which could be within 48 hours.
