Biography
With over 18 years of courtroom experience, Ms. Haley is a confident and successful litigator. She began her career with the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office, before entering private practice, where her practice has been primarily Family Law and Municipal Court. She has handled everything from simple uncontested divorces to complex custody disputes to domestic violence. Ms. Haley is neither afraid to fight the hard fight nor to negotiate, whichever obtains the best result for her clients. In 2013, Ms. Haley was instrumental in the opening of the first distillery in New Jersey since Prohibition ended and gave testimony and drafting assistance to the legislature that helped the passing of the Craft Distilling law. She has since worked with other distilleries and breweries to help them get licensed and in business.

The kind of attorney we all should have
I hired Krista to defend me and my company in a lawsuit. She did an excellent job and approached the case with an attitude that she said "you do what you need to do to run your business, let me do all the worrying about this suit" That is the kind of attorney everyone should have.

The best mist caring lawyer
Krista Hailey has represented me inboth a divorce and in a criminal case shesaw me through the hardest times in my life. I never felt alone as long as she was defending me. Although outcomes are not guaranteed both times I walked away with minimal consequences.... I am truly in her debt
