Fraud

I hired this firm over 4 months ago to help me file for bankruptcy. During this entire time, I only received one short phone call—just to clarify some info. That was it. No updates, no clear communication, no explanation of the process, and absolutely no follow-through. I was never told my paperwo...rk was done. I only found out by calling THEM today. After months of silence and stress, they casually said, “Your papers are done.” Meanwhile, I had been left waiting, stuck in limbo, unable to plan my life or take action on my case. Now they’re refusing to refund the deposit I paid, even though their service was completely unprofessional and failed to meet basic expectations. If they had just communicated honestly and on time, this could have been avoided. I do not recommend this firm to anyone seeking reliable, respectful, or transparent legal help. It felt like they forgot about my case entirely—and then made it my fault. Moreover , I need to go now through process of filing complaint with the New York State Bar Association to get hopefully my money back. Also please notice no professional website with information and listed practice of expertise, education , etc of working lawyer , no listing on lawyer directories (like BBB, or NY State Bar) which can just raise your suspicion on integrity of this firm. I regret I haven’t checked them before paying money cause I followed recommendation of person , which most likely work together in this fraud with firm This experience caused me serious financial and emotional stress. I would advise others to look elsewhere for real legal support.

Very helpful and highly skilled!

Mr. Alexander Consulted me about my Green card status and naturalization eligibility in the past. He was honest and to the point in answering questions.
