He totally screwed me around on my Immigration case. He went behind my, back as his client he never consulted me on the decision he made in my case. So much so I've reached out to the American Bar Association about his actions in my case, in getting a court decision I never saw coming because this ...lawyer failed to consult his client. He never even addressed the application I submitted in court, and I paid him for that. Instead he allowed his client to blindsided by the courts decision. Don't waste your money on this "Shyster". I paid him over $8000.00, and got absolutely nothing done. He does not know LAw.

When I hired Mr. Mark, he seemed very confident that my case is almost guaranteed and he was expecting to get me refunded from the plaintiff because she filed a very unsubstantiated false report. He even said I should travel to court by first class air-tickets because the plaintiff will most likely r...efund me. However, once I hired him, all what he was asking the judge for was the informal resolution and that's what happened after several hearings because she clearly had no case. She was on her own without a lawyer. He should have been a fighter especially he knew my case was extremely strong. After she signed the resolution, she filed another complaint in the superior court and he asked for extra fees for that new lawsuit. I have to mention a good thing that he returned $450 of the first payment. He was honest calculating his hours that most attorneys are not. My oat ceremony was on may 31,2013 . on april 30,2013 i was arrested for drug paraphernalia and on may 16,2013 my case was dismissed . I hired Mark so he can schduale a appointment with the( USCIS )supervisor handling my case so he can gave them Official court certified dispositioning and ask them i...f this will delay my OAT . i hired him on may 20,1013 . He emailed me on may22,2013 saying I spoke with the supervisor. I showed him the disposition. He said to bring the original disposition with you on the day of the oath and the completed N-445 and you won't have any problem. I emailed him back asking for the name of supervisor he said he dont remember his name ? and keep telling me its all good so i believed him. On my OAT ceremony i was not abel to take Oat because since this arrest now they have to run police arrest record i spoke with the supervisor and told them what Eric had told me and she said she dont even have form G-28 and she never spoke with him and if she did spoke with him she whould have told him the same that now they have to run this report. when i called him on may31,2013 he said its immigration they can do this . If he really went there and spoke with supervisor why he cannot remember the NAME, He gave me wrong information never went to see supervisor if he did then they should have G-28 in their record and he whould have given them the official court dispositioning but i picked it up from him .
