Michael Alvarez received his B.A. from the University of Southern California in 1993. Mr. Alvarez went on to receive his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City in 1996, where he was a Member of the Moot Court Honor Society and a Member of the Intense Trial Advocacy Program. Mr. Alvarez is barred in New Jersey and New York and is a Member of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers' Compensation Inn Court.
Mr. Alvarez specializes in workers’ compensation and personal injury litigation, he has successfully litigated multi-million dollar claims and received excellent results for injured workers throughout the State of New Jersey. Mr. Alvarez is bilingual in Spanish and also specializes in cases in which workplace accidents are caused by a third party.

Passport Issue
The attorney that handled my adoption (not Mr. Alvarez) lost my file, which resulted in issues with immigration, after I filed for a U.S. passport. Mr. Alvarez expeditiously replaced my missing citizenship paperwork. Thanks to Mike I am finally, after three years, going to have a passport.
