I was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, and went to the University of Florida in Gainesville for College, and then Law School. I interned while in Law School at The Law Offices of Eilon Krugman-Kadi, P.A. where I worked on all types of Accident claims for people injured in auto accidents, slip-and-fall accidents, airplane accidents, dog bites, construction accidents, and other negligence cases. I also worked on accident claims and Workers' Compensation claims for people who were injured on the job.

During the summer of 1988, and 1989, I interned for 2 lawfirms that defended the insurance companies against all kinds of accident claims - such as automobile accidents, silp and fall accidents, construction accidents, and also Workers' Compensation claims.

In 1990, I accepted a job offer with one of the law firms I had interned at-Neilsen and Associates, and passed the Bar Exam the first time, and worked there for the next three years. I switched to the Plaintiff's side in 1993 where I worked solely on behalf of injured people at the law firm of Wooten, Honeywell, & Kest. I began to also do Disability claims. I made Partner in 1997, and in 1999 started my own law firm-where I have been ever since! I focus on the areas of Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Wrongful Death Claims, Construction Accidents, & Disability Claims! Let me represent you!!!

Hardworking and dedicated! Mr. Bilsky did not give up on my case and we won!

Mr. Bilsky did an excellent job working with me and the auto insurance carrier of the person who rear ended me. He kept on top of my medical needs and helped me get the care I needed even when my benefits were all used up. He negotiated my case with the adjuster and negotiated my bills with my medical providers. He was able to settle my case and I was able to pay off my bills and get a new car. Thank you Mr. Bilsky.

Outstanding Lawyer!

Mr. Bilsky and his firm recently helped me settle a contentious workers compensation case. From day one he treated me wonderfully. One Outstanding Lawyer

Great experience!

I had a worker’s compensation claim, and Wayne walked me through the process end to end. Everything went just as Wayne described from the beginning. The process was seamless, easy, and was settled well before I expected. I would definitely recommend Wayne and his team to everyone!

Best Lawyer in Central Florida

If I could have more stars for rating I will give them more. Mind like a steel trap

Mr Bilsky handled our workers comp case. His experience with working both sides of workers com and his accounting background resulted in attention to details a less focused attorney might have missed. If you want a warrior fighting for you that uses his boundless energy to get the best possible deal for you this is your man. A Superb Attorney!

I found Mr. Wayne Bilsky here on AVVO while looking for an attorney to tend to a Workman's Comp case I had three years ago. From the first consultation he acted more like a long time friend than an attorney and told me exactly what he would do for me, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. The case was resolved quickly and with a better than expected outcome,he guided me an adviced me through the whole process. If in need, hire this attorney! Can't recommend him enough!

When my accident occurred I called The Law Offices of Wayne Bilsky right away. This was the best thing I could have done, as Mr. Bilsky instructed me on what to do every step of the way. He personally took my call and then took control. This in and of itself helped my case in the end. I'd suggest if something happens to you, pick up the phone, don't waste time, avoid any missteps - call him immediately! Wayne handled everything else from there. He and his staff proved to be experienced, professional and responsive. In the end, they showed that they cared! This is important, as you don't know what you're going to get when you hire an attorney in matters like these. My insurance company, as I've found most do, hold off in paying your medical bills awaiting the outcome of your claim. Vicki in his office handled everything! She communicated with the insurance companies making what would have been a messy collection process, easy for my wife and myself. The settlement I received was more than I anticipated and I'm thankful that I chose him to represent me. Althought the cash settlement will not replace the damage that occured to my herniated disks, it will go a long way in easing the pain and suffering I've had to endure. Thank you, Wayne Bilsky!

Concise and efficient

TRUSTWORTHY, HARDWORKING, GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND

I hired Mr. Bilsky to represent me in a Worker's Comp case. He came highly recommended by a friend who had previously used him. A preexisting condition made this case a little challenging. Kind, Compassionate, Knowledgeable. Professional!
