Ty Hyderally is the Owner of Hyderally & Associates, P.C. located in Montclair, New Jersey and New York, New York. Additionally, Mr. Hyderally has conducted arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association the New York Stock Exchange, and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.; has litigated in California, Texas, and Arizona; has served as a Judge in National Employment Moot Court competitions; and litigated national employment class actions.

Mr. Hyderally is admitted before the New Jersey State and Federal Courts, the New York Federal Courts (Southern and Eastern District), the United States Supreme Court, the US Court of Federal Claims and the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces. He was elected to the Executive Board of the National Employment Law Association (New Jersey) and was appointed as its President. He currently serves as the Chairperson of the New Jersey Employment Law Seminar. Further, he is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association (Employment Section) and the American Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section).

In May 2005, Mr. Hyderally was nominated to serve as the Co-Chairperson of the Trial Litigation Sub-committee of the American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Litigation Section. This nomination is a significant honor, as the Trial Litigation Sub-committee is considered one of the most significant sub-committees of the Employment Litigation Section. This nomination demonstrates Mr. Hyderally’s commitment to trial litigation and reflects how he is viewed by other seasoned national litigators who nominated him to this position of Co-Chairperson.

Mr. Ty Hyderally has served as a featured speaker at national and New Jersey seminars to attorneys, human resources professionals and corporate officers on such subjects as employment law, sexual harassment, workplace torts, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act. He has published employment opinions before the New Jersey Supreme Court on the issue of Sexual Harassment (LAD) and Whistleblower (CEPA).

Mr. Hyderally’s prior employment history includes working as a Criminal Trial Lawyer in the Judge Advocate General’s Office of the US Navy, working in a boutique employment litigation firm in Pensacola, FL that specialized in federal court litigation, and working as an employment litigator on the plaintiff’s side at Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, PC and Kievit, Kelly & Odom and on the defense side at Friedman & Siegelbaum, LLP, Roseland, NJ and Jackson, Lewis, Shnitzler & Krupman, Morristown, NJ.

Ty Hyderally was extremely responsive and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!!
Ty and his team were both professional and a pleasure to work with. Apart from the successful outcome secured by Hyderally and Associates in my disability case, Ty and Francine were there every step of the way to guide us and look out for our best interests, even looking out to keep costs at a minimum. Best Unemployment Attorney in New Jersey
This review is for the office of Ty Hyderally. In my review I would like to not only offer my A++ and or 5** review to the team at Ty Hyderally but also offer some personal advice of what I learned along the way in having dealt with an unsavory employer. I took my case to several firms and they were either short, rude, condescending or all of the above. The office of Ty Hyderally was co-council for my case and Ty and his team were brought on like Mariano Rivera in the top of the 8th. Ty is a very smart attorney and he cuts right to the chase. His understanding of the law is exemplary. The attorney who brought him on was wise because Ty is an expert litigator and the man is prepared to go the distance. I read up on many of the cases Ty had online and it was clear I was in the right hands. For any person looking to take on an employer the office of Ty Hyderally offered the most sage and valuable advice along every step of the way. Here are some key takeaways they offered which proved to be invaluable. 1. MAKE A TIMELINE - I cannot stress how valuable this is. Time flies and 3 months becomes 1 year and if your opponent is covered under insurance you will be asked 100x the same series of events and a consistent timeline proves very valuable in the long haul. During discovery the documents that coincide with your timeline should not be lost due to lack of creating a formal DATED TIMELINE. 2. BE PATIENT. My case involved smoking gun evidence and while you may think this makes things cut and dry it doesn't necessarily speed up the process. Law is often a game of patience and while you never know how long it will be played you certainly get comfort knowing what inning your in. Ty Hyderally is EXCELLENT at explaining timelines for motions and procedures. 3. NEW JERSEYS BEST EMPLOYMENT LITIGATOR IS TY HYDERALLY. I had the counsel, the most respected experts, and the best TEAM. IT WAS A TEAM. If you think you will file a suit and not have your hands full post filing from my experience you will be wrong. You will be faced with many documents & procedures & Ty’s team keeps you on track in producing important documents and outlines that explain your case to the court. You are not going to sit on your hands & have everything done for you. Ty’s office is a legal guide & world class assistant in making your case alongside you. THEY HELP YOU HIGHLIGHT & TRIM DOWN FOCAL POINTS TO YOUR STRONGEST POSITIONS. 4. Managing emotion - bottom line is that in a suit you will go through a series of emotions. The biggest accolade I can give to Ty’s team is that they slowly through the process divorce you from raw emotion. Best in the business
I can't imagine there being a better lawyer for labor issues than Ty Hyderally. He has a statue of a bulldog on his desk, and he absolutely lives up to what that statue represents. Many lawyers would have given up on my case as it involved a lot of chasing a moving target, but Ty would not. I've been financially made whole, when I honestly did not think that was possible. I will gladly and confidently refer him to anyone in need of the very best representation. I would much rather have Ty on my team than have him coming after me that's for sure. His whole team is first class. If you are looking for the best, stop looking, you found him.

Unlawful Termination Case
Ty was my attorney for a recent unlawful termination suit where my employer terminated me offering nothing more than a standard two-week severance. Ty was able to secure a very substantial settlement for me. Beyond his skill and experience as an attorney, Ty brought a level of attention and personal concern to my case that I greatly appreciated. He was clearly concerned about my well-being as well as securing the best possible outcome. From the beginning, I was completely confident that I was getting the best legal representation possible. I hired Ty several times
I hired Ty Hyderally more than once because he is a top-flight attorney. Highly competent, he understands the law, is masterful at legal strategy, and aligns them both with the needs of his clients. He's a statesmen in the court room and a tough negotiator outside the courtroom. Probably the best part about Ty is that he is clear, decisive, and declarative -- which is exactly what you want in your attorney. You'd be foolish to look any further.

Sexual Harassment Lawyer because he is a sexual abuser
Ty Hyderally is a vicious person.He violates his clients by allowing Poe plow in his apartment during his Zoom appointments. I have heard and know many of the cases he has worked on and is working on presently. He forces women into threesomes. He has sexually abused many women he has personally sexually abused me choked me and forced me into threesomes with girls from his office. He’s not the person you think. He is all the accusations you’ve ever read, they are all the Truth, many, many women have come against him for sexual abuse and assault since his Navy days. I foolishly believed that maybe he was falsely accused as he said he was said he was but he wasn’t. He forced me as a Flight Attendant to give him my companion passes. I was scared and felt threatened. I had to give them to him as he scared me so badly. As I have reported him to American Airlines he has been stealing from American Airlines going around in business class on my passes. He is not a good lawyer. I do not recommend him. Please Google him to see how many women he has abused and clients he has cheated.

This resulted in getting me off his base where I was the Head of the Legal Office (the place people we went to if they had complaints against the captain). The captain was in charge of the base”
