Unlawful Termination Case

Ty was my attorney for a recent unlawful termination suit where my employer terminated me offering nothing more than a standard two-week severance. Ty was able to secure a very substantial settlement for me. Beyond his skill and experience as an attorney, Ty brought a level of attention and persona...l concern to my case that I greatly appreciated. He was clearly concerned about my well-being as well as securing the best possible outcome. From the beginning, I was completely confident that I was getting the best legal representation possible. “This was of a matter that occurred over 13 years ago in which I was administratively disciplined at captain's mast by the same captain against whom I assisted two clients in filing harassment charges. It was only after I assisted in the second filing, that the captain leveled charges against me. This resulted in getting me off his base where I was the Head of the Legal Office (the place people we went to if they had complaints against the captain). The captain was in charge of the base”
