After fighting with our mortgage company on our own for a few years to try to get a modification after some troubling financial times, they sued us for foreclosure. We had consulted with Mr. Fazzio and his associates the year before so we knew it was coming, but the bank had made us think we were clo...se to a resolution. Nope, in reality they wanted our house. We hired Mr Fazzio and his firm to represent us and within record time they got us a long-sought modification offer and then guided us through it, even when the bank tried to play games by switching servicers a month into our trial period. We never could have handled the bank's underhanded games on our own. Where do I begin? I guess by saying "expect the unexpected" from this group. After 27 years of Banking in NYC working with tier one firms I was rather hesitant to engage a new relationship with a smaller lesser know firm. However, I needed anonymity, convenience, a personal touch and for the first ti...me in my life I was on a budget. After interviewing approximately 10 firms with expertise in IRS/TAX and Foreclosure issues, it was clearly obvious that the Fazzio team was my team. Yes I was concerned about their size and ages.... But they proved out. Better then I could have ever expected. They literally saved my home, my marriage, my business and my sanity. I could never thank them enough. I will refer them blindly heretofore. Why? Five immediate reasons come to mind: 1. They appeared capable, professional, hungry and aggressive. 2. I never thought that one day I would be in a Foreclosure, in a nightmare and no where to turn......and then I found John Fazzio Law Firm and I felt safe and confident that there would be a ray of light ahead. Words cannot express my deepest gratitude to John Fazzio and his staff for taking on my v...ery very complicated situation. In meeting with John he listened to my personal situation and was very honest and was able to come up with a plan of action to help me conquer the Foreclosure law suit.
