I started my career in the New York Attorney General's Office, Real Estate Financing Bureau, and I was one of the first attorneys to practice in the New York timeshare arena.

Saving the day in a real estate deal
I was involved in a commercial real estate deal that was unwinding and I needed an attorney to represent me at closing. As the closing approached it became clear that the terms were not as expected and I would be taking a loss on the transaction. Mr. Vyzas found an innovative approach and negotiated aggressively on my behalf to reach a resolution where I came out profitably. I am certain that without his help I would not have had as favorable an outcome. Everything was handled courteously, professionally, and in a timely manner. I was kept informed and consulted with for every step. I would highly recommend using Vyzas and Associates for any real estate related matters.

My fiancé and I contacted Vyzas & Associates for legal guidance on rescinding our vacation plan contract. With their help we were able to successfully cancel the agreement. Vince and Tricia were very professional! We’d definitely return for any future legal services.

Excellent real estate legal service
Based on a recommendation from a friend, we contracted with Vyzas and Associates to handle a residential real estate purchase/closing. We worked directly with Vincas on the project. I found him to be very knowledgeable on the specifics of New Jersey laws/regulations for real estate deals. Moreover, he was skilled and helpful in the nuance of negotiation and communication with the seller's broker and lawyer. And his responsiveness was off the charts good. He was helpful in arranging title insurance and engineering inspection service for us. And those services, along with Vincas' fees, seemed very fairly priced. The deal proved a little more complex than what we might have originally thought, but Vincas and his support team helped us every step along the way and guided this deal to a happy conclusion.

Extremely Satisfied

"Worth every penny"
I contacted him after I received positive feedback from word of mouth. Unfortunately, a property of a loved one was in foreclosure and less than three months from being sold. He and his staff worked around the clock including nights and weekends and resolved the issue in less than 8 weeks. Although I can not guarantee that you will have success at the same rate, but imagine if he had more time and it were not a post pandemic era?!!! He and his staff are: professional, courteous, personal, approachable, knowledgeable, experienced ,efficient and effective. I have nothing but positive feedback for Vince and his staff. I highly recommend both him and his team.

Exceptional lawyer - I continue to be impressed!
I had previously hired Mr. Vince Vyzas, Esq. on another matter for which he had brought about a quick and successful resolution. More recently, I once again engaged him to initiate a property tax appeal in my behalf and I was not disappointed. Mr. Vyzas and his law office came through with efficiency and a minimum of fuss and brought about a substantial reduction to my property taxes. What impressed me the most during this recent experience was the calming and stress-free manner in which Mr. Vyzas and his team dealt with me personally. An Outstanding Family Estate Attorney
I am happy to recommend Mr. Vince Vyzas and the firm of Vyzas and Associates. I contacted Vince on a protracted, bewildering family estate situation, compounded by the fact my mother left behind no will. Added to this was indifference and subordination of my own estate interests by family members - favoring those still occupying the family home – the estate’s only real asset. With Vince I was able to assert my property rights and leverage all parties to agree to an equitable settlement. And he did much of this while the court system was shut down due to COVID. With Vince I was able to persevere, get my fair share of my parents’ estate - and finally put this matter behind me - for good. Amen!

Vyzas twice for our real estate closing in NJ, both times his service was outstanding, second deal might have fallen appart due to the other party (buyers) not responding as well as our real estate agent hitting a couple of bumps, however, Vincas Vyzas was able to push it forward for the desired sale to take place eventually. I initially contacted Mr. Vyzas regarding a property tax matter and this was the best move I ever made regarding this issue. He quickly pinpointed the crux of my problem and proposed an immediate workable solution, thus putting my mind at ease instantly. Mr. Vyzas is more than merely knowledgeable. He has the ability to easily synthesize various strands of information in order to provide the legal assistance required. I used Vyzas and Assoc. for both of my closings; the sale of my past property and the purchase of my current property and it was flawless, needless to say during a pandemic, as I have written in a previous review. Today I am writing another review based on my 2nd experience using Vince and Alicia for the writing of my will, etc. We all know our need to create a will, power of attorney, and appoint a health proxy. But we put it off because it is not any fun and frankly can be a bit depressing. Vince and Alicia made this experience much easier and even more pleasant for me. They did not rush the process and carefully explained all of the decisions I needed to make until I was completely satisfied. Vince and Alicia not only took a genuine interest in me and my needs, but they also made me aware of the extras that I needed to protect myself and they went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of everything. They were helpful in every possible detail and were always well prepared, professional, and exhibited a genuine care of meeting my needs. They truly exceeded all of my expectations and I highly recommend Vyzas and Assoc., and I will definitely use them again if any other legal needs arise.

Vince and Tricia were great to work with. My father in law had been trying to get out of his timeshare in New York for years, and we had no leads or couldn't make any progress. After one meeting with Vince and his team and minimal emails back and forth. Vince and Tricia went to work and kept us in the loop on updates, within a few short months everything came together seamlessly. We would highly recommend their work.
