Biography
I am an experienced civil and bankruptcy litigator specializing in the representation of secured lenders and other creditors in complex suits and bankruptcies. My court appearances take me throughout the State and Federal courts in the metropolitan area, focusing in particular on the Bankruptcy Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
My clients include both national and regional banks, other lending institutions, and major corporations. In addition, my reputation in the Bankruptcy Courts has led to my appointment as counsel for Chapter 11 trustees in substantial bankruptcy proceedings.
I am active in the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI). I have been named to the "New Jersey Super Lawyers" list continuously since 2007. The list, published by Super Lawyers Magazine in conjunction with New Jersey Monthly Magazine, is an annual listing of outstanding lawyers from more than 60 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
