Full refund from used car dealership

First off I want to thank Attorney Blinn for taking my case, effectively executing the lawsuit and finally getting the best result possible. He was a professional through out the whole process always staying in touch and always accessible. He was reasonable and patient through out the case which ma...de the difference in the end. In the end I received full retribution for my lemon car I bought. Without the expertise of Dan I would of been out a lot of money so I can’t thank him enough. Also, I want to mention how wonderful Dora, paralegal for Attorney Dan, was through out the case. She was super helpful and very responsive to any inquiries. They run a honest and efficient law firm at Consumer Law Group and I highly recommend anyone to use them if they are looking for a stand-up lawyer who gets results.

I hired Attorney Blinn to handle a car lease case for me. I felt I was defrauded at the lease signing by the salesman. Attorney Blinn contacted the car company and negotiated a settlement that was very agreeable to me. This was done in a timely and professional manner.

Better than expected service!

Best decision I made was to contact Consumer Law Group. Long story short, I found myself stuck with a car that was ultimately not safe to drive. Only found out when trying to trade the car in. No dealership would touch it. I did some research and found Attorney Blinn and Attorney Mahoney (and of cour...se Dora!) of Consumer Law Group online and made the call. They were fantastic. They kept me updated throughout the process (which is very important to me). They didn’t leave me hanging wondering what was going on. They were very patient with me, listened to what I had to say, and explained anything I didn’t understand. Very fair and pleased with the outcome. They are a really wonderful group of people who I trust and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who needs help with consumer issues. Really can’t thank them enough!

Daniel Blinn is an expert in Consumer Law. He shared his deep knowledge of the General CT Statutes to help me advocate for myself against a car dealership that is trying to take advantage of me. Amazing Service

Today me and my mother met with Dan and his service was amazing! He was very thorough, and explained everything thing to us detail by detail. There were things that I had no idea about my situation, and not only did he help us understand it. It was almost like he was teaching me and my mother, that'...s when you know someone is doing their job!! We learned a lot today, and it was a blessing that I was a able to find him. The service there is AMAZING!!! Dora is very kind and pleasant, over the phone and in person. She got back to me every time she said she would, and everything and anything I asked she did her best to answer. Whatever she couldn't answer she said that Dan would be able to, and that's exactly what happened. I'm very pleased!!! I think the process is going to go well!

"Many years ago Dan and I had a case together. My client, one of several defendants, had an insurance policy that only covered costs of defense. When I told the adjuster that Dan was on the other side he said "settle the case" and paid the settlement amount, even though the policy didn't cover that payment. Why? Because he knew that Dan would not give up, would fight to the end, and would work hard for his client, all of which would have amounted to large attorneys fees, which the insurance company would have been paying. We have been friends and colleagues since then and I strongly endorse Dan as a litigator, and as a person."
