Used Car With Problems

Attorney Blinn was able get a dealership to address the problems a used SUV I bought had, when I couldn't get anywhere with them previously. He also stayed with me even though there wasn't any financial gain for him, because the dealership couldn't correct the problems and took back the vehicle. I would definitely recommend him!

Dealership lawsuit

Very professional and easy to deal with! I originally called from Springfield ma but ended up moving to Nevada and was able to complete everything else by email. They always responded very quickly, and everything was at at a reasonable price , would definitely recommend Thank you Dan and his team !

I consulted with and then hired Dan for a vehicle I had purchased that then had issues the seller didn't want to handle properly. He did a great job explaining what my options were, how things would proceed, and what my possible outcomes could be, and did a great job keeping me informed on how my case was coming along. Ally Bank Case

Dan Blinn is the definition of Integrity. He defended me when a big bank came after me. He did not give up although they continually stonewalled us and did so for very little compensation. I highly recommend him. He doesn’t give up and he fights to the end.

Great advice

I reached out to Mr Blinn online regarding an issue with a vehicle I had recently purchased. He promptly called me to discuss the situation. He gave me some great information about how to file a claim on my own and what General Statues and Agency Regulations to cite. Fortunately I was able to resolve the problem with the dealer before getting the courts involved, however I feel confident that had court intervention been necessary, I would have prevailed with the information Mr Blinn provided.

Always there

Hi I wanted to give credit to attorney Daniel Blinn and consumer law group with out Daniel and his team I don't know where I would be I had a crooked used car dealership rip me off and I felt like I was stuck. Until I reach out to Dan and his colleagues they did whatever they needed to do to help. They was able to get me everything the car dealership owed me. Great Lawyer

I have known Attorney Blinn for over 20 years. He handled a case for me when the dealer ship did unethical practices he won my case. In 2022 I had a case that I thought the mileage was tampered with but it turns out that the mileage was correct. I would choose Consumer Law Group any time because of Attorney Blinn thoroughness and patients!!

Excellent Service

I contacted the consumer law group, LLC of Dan Blinn. In my case I was due of warranty refund from a car dealership. Wasn’t given the refund so I called the law firm of Dan Blinn’s Consumer Law Group LLC. They listen to my case and they told me that they would be able to help me. In hiring them they were able to get me my refund back. About a year and a half ago I contacted Consumer Law Group because I was in a situation where I had no where else to turn to. In spot where I was about to lose everything. Worked with him in the past. Very knowledgably.

Dan helped me in the past with a consumer issue and he never charged me anything upfront. It was a car dealership that added on extra fees and breach of contract. Professional, Courteous, Helpful

Attorney Dan Blinn assisted me in dealing with a car dealership that was dishonest from the start when I went to look to purchase a car. The sales rep sam was dishonest. After looking at all my options I decided not to purchase a car and they would'nt give me back my down payment, after explaining my issue to attorney Blinn and he took on my case and kept me informed step by step of the process. Once all of the issues were resolved and my case was settled, I was happy with the outcome of my case. I would definitely recommend attorney Blinn.

"Many years ago Dan and I had a case together. My client, one of several defendants, had an insurance policy that only covered costs of defense. When I told the adjuster that Dan was on the other side he said "settle the case" and paid the settlement amount, even though the policy didn't cover that payment. Why?
