Consumer law protection

Dan took time out of his busy schedule to review documents from a car company which leased a vehicle to me. I am a New York Resident who needed help with a CT vehicle lease. Dan was candid and honest about any potential actions that may or may not be able to be taken. Dan is not an attorney who will... immediately say they may help you out and market you / hustle you for exorbitant fees. A local , qualified , knowledgeable, and passionate attorney who can take on the “big” unscrupulous and predatory corporations. Dan is also well known in the legal community amongst many colleagues, several of whom recommended him.

Great advice

I reached out to Mr Blinn online regarding an issue with a vehicle I had recently purchased. He promptly called me to discuss the situation. He gave me some great information about how to file a claim on my own and what General Statues and Agency Regulations to cite. Fortunately I was able to reso...lve the problem with the dealer before getting the courts involved, however I feel confident that had court intervention been necessary, I would have prevailed with the information Mr Blinn provided.

"Many years ago Dan and I had a case together. My client, one of several defendants, had an insurance policy that only covered costs of defense. When I told the adjuster that Dan was on the other side he said "settle the case" and paid the settlement amount, even though the policy didn't cover that payment. Why? Because he knew that Dan would not give up, would fight to the end, and would work hard for his client, all of which would have amounted to large attorneys fees, which the insurance company would have been paying.
