Skilled, fair and just

Attorney Dan Blinn epitomized the traits of a lawyer you want on your side in a dispute - knowledge, experience, and fairness. I am an attorney who was helping a friend try to resolve a thorny issue over the validity of a purchase of a new automobile. I called Attorney Blinn for an informal consultat...ion. He gave me some excellent tips for our negotiating and offered my friend an exceptionally fair fee proposal if we were unsuccessful and my friend needed to hire him. His recommendations to me were instrumental in reaching a just outcome for both sides of the controversy, which unforeseeably ended with mutual respect and understanding among the parties.

Used Car With Problems

Attorney Blinn was able get a dealership to address the problems a used SUV I bought had, when I couldn't get anywhere with them previously. He also stayed with me even though there wasn't any financial gain for him, because the dealership couldn't correct the problems and took back the vehicle. I w...ould definitely recommend him!

Wholesale Dealership Lawsuits

I reached out to Daniel and his team in January 2023, after going back-and-forth with the dealership, I bought my car with in March 2022. This dealership sold me a car with serious mechanical issues. I drove around with no tail lights for close to a year due to faulty wiring. Dan and his team took my... case and advocating on my behalf making sure all my issues were resolved within 4-5 months. Thank you Dan, Paulette, Nicole, and the rest of the team for taking my case and seeing it through.

Best decision I made

After DMV Consumer Complain division told me they could not help my son and I, we almost cut our losses and sold the lemon we bought from an extremely dishonest used car dealer. After a year of back and forth with the dealer I decided to call Attorney Blinn to see if we could get our money back. It ...was early on in the pandemic so a bit of a slow start but so worth it! It was such joy and relief when I watched them tow the truck away and give us our money back with a little extra as well. Although I had all the confidence if we went to trial Attorney Blinn would win, I just needed it to be over so we settled. Dora, his para, is wonderful as well but to my surprise, much of the time Attorney Blinn was my contact and so I really felt he was invested and on my side. They are a great team and now my son has fantastic car in its place!

Best Decision

Working with Attorney Blinn along with everyone on his team at Consumer Law Group was the best call I ever made when getting push back from the dealer along with the Manufacturer on a recent new purchase vehicle which contained hidden damage along with many other issues. The entire team ("Shout out ...also goes to Lori, Brendan, and Dora") kept me updated thru-out the entire process. If you have never been thru something like this it will take some time and be patience as the Consumer Law Group works on getting you the best results. I highly recommend to use them if you ever find yourself in position with a car dealer or manufacturer on your vehicle.

"Many years ago Dan and I had a case together. My client, one of several defendants, had an insurance policy that only covered costs of defense. When I told the adjuster that Dan was on the other side he said "settle the case" and paid the settlement amount, even though the policy didn't cover that payment. Why? Because he knew that Dan would not give up, would fight to the end, and would work hard for his client, all of which would have amounted to large attorneys fees, which the insurance company would have been paying.
