GREAT LAWYER

Dan represented me in a recent lawsuit against a car dealership that refused to take care of an issue with a brand new vehicle that we purchased from them. He is extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. At the end of it all, we settled the case outside court ...and I couldn't be more grateful for his professionalism and utmost dedication to his clients that ultimately led to this outcome.

WE HAD A SITUATION ON THE PURCHASE OF A VEHICLE W/ A WELL KNOWN DELEARSHIP IN WHICH THEY UNDER SOLD THE VEHICLE - THE PURCHASE WAS SIGNED AND ACCEPTED BY THE DEALER. AFTER THE VEHICLE HAD ALREADY DRIVEN OFF THE LOT, THE FOLLOWING DAY THE DEALER CONTACTED US ADMITTING THAT IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE IN LIS...TING THE INCORRECT AMOUNT ON THE SIGNED PURCHASE ORDER / CONTRACTS, AND ATTEMPTED TO RENEGOTIATE BY ASKING US TO COME IN THE DEALER TO SIGN A NEW CORRECTED CONTRACT. WE CONTACTED ATTY. BLINN AND HE SUPERLY ADVISED US THROUGH THE STICKY MESS, INCLUDING GIVING US HEADS UP ABOUT CANCELLING OTHER OPTIONS WE HAD SIGNED ON WITH THE DEALER. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE DEALER CONCEDED AND AGREED NOT TO PURSUE THIS MATTER ANY FURTHER. HE WAS VERY CLEAR AND CONCISE IN GUIDING US THROUGH THE PROCESS. WE SINCERELY THANK HIM FOR HIS TIME AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, HE DID NOT CHARGE US ANY FEE FOR THE SERVICE.

Thank you for being a consumers' protector

I was in an auto purchase recently where the auto dealer slipped in a $397 charge for VIN Etching, which was a service they didn't even perform for my car. I felt so taken advantage of after reading the post on your site, realizing how some dealers using VIN Etching fee as a game to increase their p...rofit. After a week and half of ordeal of waiting for the dealer's refund, I contacted the Consumer Law Group. Dora took my call and my information with such a kind and caring manner. It was the first time that I felt better after experiencing the rip-off at the dealership. Dan called me shortly after and spent time listening to me and gave me very useful information. I was so grateful even though at the end I didn't have to file a legal case to resolve the matter. I felt stronger as a consumer knowing that I can always come to Attorney Dan Blinn when I really need to. Thank you so much Dan and Dora.

Genuinely Caring for the People

From the moment I walked into Dan's office I felt welcomed. Besides him, he has friendly staff who had answered very knowledgeably any question I had about my case. I highly recommend Dan Blinn and his entire team. Throughout my case he kept me and my husband informed. Best of all he fought for my ca...use like his own. Especially recommended for Veterans!

Highest Praise

I was referred to Dan by my attorney to help resolve a thorny credit issue. Over the phone and via e-mail he guided me precisely on how to respond and proceed, even giving me an exact written template to follow. The issue was resolved to our desired outcome in an unexpectedly timely and efficient man...ner. Throughout the whole process Dan was exceedingly responsive, informative and realistic. I have nothing but the highest praise for this gentleman.

"Many years ago Dan and I had a case together. My client, one of several defendants, had an insurance policy that only covered costs of defense. When I told the adjuster that Dan was on the other side he said "settle the case" and paid the settlement amount, even though the policy didn't cover that payment. Why? Because he knew that Dan would not give up, would fight to the end, and would work hard for his client, all of which would have amounted to large attorneys fees, which the insurance company would have been paying.
