I would recommend Attorney Mohammed anytime. He took the time to speak with me and my family about my case. He was thorough about the case and did everything he said he would. He was easy to contact. Hopeless

I hired Ismail Mohammod for 2 cases a Federal and Immigration case (For my husband) .First off, He is very hard to get a hold of. Misses deadlines when papers need to be filed. (Files them late) There's about 3 times i went to court and he could not make it, (calls the court clerk while everyone is... waiting on him ) ,one time he just didnt should up at all had the Judge, D.A and my family just wasting time. ( so embarrassing! ) Says he's going to visit my Husband and could not make it ( more than 10 times) After Attorney was not showing up to court my husband was so drained and hopeless he just wanted to take a plead and get this over with. There was no way this lawyer can win a trial. Than my attorney ends up losing his license getting suspended for four months. He says he's going to issue me a refund for the immigration case. Went from a refund from $4,000 then he saying that he doesn't owe me nothing, then he saying he will work with me and give me about $1,500 then he doesn't pick up my phone calls and sends me no check. NOPE , sorry! I contacted Massachusetts Bar Association filed a complaint waiting on hearing.

careless lawyer

I hired him for $1200. I asked him about an issue I had, He said yes, and he is confident I will get the citizenship since my background is clean. The first day, I paid him $600 and we signed a contract. I sent him the application filled and ready with all required documents. All he did was copy & ...paste. I tried to contact him after that but he ignored my phone calls, texts & emails. About two months later, I texted him and told him, “I will find another lawyer if you can’t work on my case.” That night he called me and asked to see me. I went to his office. He asked for the other $600 so he submits the application. I paid him and he submitted my application. Two days before my interview, he called me and asked to see me. He said, “will go over some questions.” I went to his office but he was late about hour for our appointment. He did not say anything important. He asked me if I paid him yet. I showed him the receipts. The total of $1200. On the day of the interview, he did not show up until I sent him a ton of texts. He came, in jeans, just because he was in the building for someone else. He forgot that my interview was on that day. He was not ready. No paperwork, nothing. With the first question from the officer about the issue I had in my case, he told the officer that we will withdraw the application. I lost my case, my money and time. I had to reapply.

He won’t fight for you and doesn’t care , not worth!

He didn’t fight for me as my representative my attorney. He told me don’t worry we got this but when we got to court he agreed to everyone else but me. After the court he had to handle some paper work for me and he didn’t do it. I called, text and left voice message and he never returned my calls. I ...had to find myself a different lawyer who will fight for me and do what he needs to do. Extremely horrible, I have another court date coming up and he didn’t even worried about it. He wants to do whatever he wants and not fight for you. I do not recommend him to anyone. It is the simple true! Thumbs down!

Don’t recommend

Told me one thing, sent a contract that contradicted everything he told me. There were several mistakes on the agreement form. When I asked him to correct it he became mad and rude.
