Biography
Attorney Charles F. Basil has over twenty-five years of experience in handling real estate and litigation matters in the areas of Business Law, Transactions, Construction Law, and Housing Law. Attorney Basil has handled numerous complex cases, including class action defense, fraud and deceptive trade practices, shareholder disputes, and multiple party / multiple claim matters.
For sixteen years, Attorney Basil was the senior litigator for one of the highest volume law firms in Connecticut and was its Managing Litigation Attorney. He practices before the US District Court (District of Connecticut), US Bankruptcy Court, and all divisions of the state courts of Connecticut.
