Child Support

My ex had filed to terminate his child support as my son was attending college part-time. Mandy worked diligently to make sure he continued to pay child support. She worked hard to get me amazing results. She made me feel at ease, calm and like I was her only client throughout the whole process! I wo...uld definetly recommend Mandy!

Truly Amazing

I was headed for divorce and thought for sure I would lose my children and everything I worked for.....until I met Attorney Hebert. She gave me hope, which was eventually followed through with actions. She is a busy attorney but worth the wait! I wouldn't have my children without her tenacity and ...amazing ability to negotiate! She will be my attorney for life!

She is the attorney you want

I cannot say enough about Attorney Mandy Hebert. She helped me through the scariest time of my life, when it came to the safety of my child and my child's well being she took it very seriously and at the same time kept me at ease. She still continues to guide me through the legal process and she will... treat you as if you are her only client. She responds quickly to emails, texts, and phone calls. You will not be disappointed, I am so thankful I contacted her.

So Grateful!!

Mandy quite honestly has been a God send to me! She has made this ugly process a lot easier to deal with as well as taking the anxiety out of it as much as possible. She is very professional, knows the laws inside and out, gets to know you and your case and makes it personal. From beginning to end... she kept me up to date with any concerns or issues pertaining to my case, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great and caring attorney!!

Contempt on Child Support

My ex-husband had not paid child support in over 10 years and owed over $40,000.00. There was a warrant out for his arrest for failing to appear at our last hearing and DOR was unable to locate him. Well, Mandy was able to locate him and the sheriff brought him right to the courthouse. Mandy called ...me right away and she met me at the courthouse as soon as she was able to. My ex husband claimed he had no income and he was ordered to go right to jail. Mandy went above and beyond and I was happy with the end result.
