Alimony

Atty Mary Beth is one of the nicest caring attorney I had the pleasure of meeting. U know she would have made sure my alimony should not end and see a judgement not based on alimony guidelines. Due to conflict of interest she was told not to represent me when it was up to the judge to allow gee mor...e time Nit the defendants attorney who did not want hee to rake my case by unprofessional lying about defendant as she did to every atty willing to take my case Sgw lied over and over allowing her client to file a short FS after his three long forms because I did not have a atty making a instant trial knowing I wasn't prepared. If atty Mary Beth represented me my alimony would have been increased and a huge settlement would should have been made base on his fraudulent FS each with duffeeent answers and was allowed to hide his true income . I truly wish I had atty Mary Beth to help me and know the truth about the lies the plaintiff paid her to say. All having zero to do with modification.

Complicated Divorce

I hired Marybeth & her legal team for my complicated divorce back in 2020. She not only was understanding of the morals and values that go along with an Indian marriage, but also was very supportive throughout the whole process. She was able to handle my court dates when I couldn’t fly back into MA. ...Scott, Julie & Marybeth were always on top of the case. Thank you to you all for helping me get out of such a heartbreaking marriage. I trust Marybeths legal actions!

Mary Beth seems fair and care for people. Thankless profession like a lot out there. The courts are awful. But that’s Massachusetts for you. Anyway so far a good experience.

Extremely grateful I found Mary Beth and her legal team!!!

Regarding, divorce from a 7 year marriage with no kids, no property, few assets and a contested alimony issue. I Hired Mary Beth to finish out my divorce from which I had issues with my previous lawyer. She took over and negotiate a settlement that didn’t involve me paying years of alimony and also... avoided a trial!! The law firm of Mary Beth Ayvazian, Ayvazian law was professional, thorough and always prepared! Every discussion and meeting conducted had a purpose, outside the box creative ideas to settle this case were always considered. I believe my case which took over a year could have been done much faster with a positive fair results if I had first contracted with Ayvazian law. She knows everyone and her way around the court house. This was my second divorce and I highly recommend her and her team.
