Great for custody issues!

Mandy's strength is custody issues and the fact that she cares about the client and their children. She is very quick to get into court when there is an urgent situation and also magnificent at getting the judge to understand the issues in the limited amount of time that you have to tell the judge an...ything. My spouse had four different very expensive and high-powered Boston attorneys at various times through the divorce, and Mandy didn't just hold her own, she soundly out argued them in each of our many appearances over two years. If you are not able to mediate (the absolute best option if both parties are willing), and your divorce turns into a "War of the Roses" divorce like mine did, and there are custody issues, Mandy will live and breathe your case and fight for your parental rights like they were her own.

Your crazy if you don't pick her

When I first came to Mandy, I had no idea what was going on being hit with my divorce. We sat down and she walked me through the whole process and assured me that I'd be ok and wouldn't walk away broke. Her attention to details, professionalism and work ethic are second to none. She will answ...er your phone calls/texts right away and makes you feel like your her only client. I loved that fact that I could easily reach her by her cell phone, texts or email. She knows the whole process, how to work it to your favor and does not miss the smallest detail! If anyone wants to talk to me directly, I authorize Mandy for her to give them my phone number. Make the right choice now and call her!

Godsend

On September 4, 2015, I fired my lawyer after my 5 yr old son was taken into DCF custody wrongfully. I needed to act quickly and find a new attorney that had the capability of taking on my complicated case. Most attorneys went running scared at the mention of DCF, whereas Attorney Mandy Hebert ...was up for the challenge. I was sold at our consultation, I hired her that afternoon and she hasn't let me down once. She went to court the next day and filed an objection & short order motion which prevented DCF from transferring Adrian's school, forcing his DCF worker to transport Adrian to and from school everyday. Mandy had my son back home from foster care in 5 business days, it's unheard of. She has fully submerged herself into all aspects of my case, she accompanied me to a meeting with DCF and Adrian came home the same day. Her experience, personality traits, & mental capacity bring her to a higher caliper than just any pit bull lawyer, she's her own breed. She's truly gifted and knows exactly how to read people so that engaging w/ each individual achieves the best possible outcome. She has been nothing but straight forward & supportive, beyond everything else she truly cares and will stop at nothing to see that justice is served. I brought her my documents/evidence and she was up to speed within an hour & and was able to tell me exactly what else I needed for the next court date. I wish I found her sooner and I can't put a price on what she's been able to accomplish for my son- she's worth it. We have a trial approaching and I'm confident that she's got it and I'm so happy that she was able to get my son home so quickly.

Divorce

You really can't say enough great things about Mandy and her firm. Mandy took a very professional, strategic, and friend like approach to the situation. She has the ability to put you at ease throughout and at the same time gets the job done. She is a master negotiator and listens well to her clie...nts needs/wants. Mandy was always very honest and told me like it was whether I liked it or not. She is someone I would highly recommend and put your trust in. She was always available for a text or email on the weekends when questions came up. She responded and made sure you understood she got it! Always professional and very calming throughout. I have already recommended her to friends of mine.

OUTSTANDING

She was better than the lawyers on tv. She was a superior lawyer compared to my wife's attorney. Could tell she was prepared for my case.. If I ever need an attorney I would use her.. Great job Mandy!!!
