The Only Attorney You Need

Mandy helped ease my every worry and fought for what was right. I’m thankful to have her representing me and will continue to use her for any of my divorce matters going forward.

Save time and energy searching for attorney's Mandy is incredible

I called Mandy when I found myself at my wits end and almost ready to give up. My family was facing dire medical, mental health and financial hardships. I went to her with little hope, a lump in my throat and feeling completely defeated and exhausted. She was my last resort to giving up on myself, m...y children and my battle ahead. I was broken when I met with her. We talked for over an hour in her office. When we ended, she said, really think about what we have discussed, do not give up and if you decide to retain me, we will work out the rest and you will have your family back. She handed me her card, circled her cell phone number, and said, "I am available 24/7". I hired her a few days after our meeting and prepared myself for a war to keep my children and my sanity. I was hit with a few tough but expected hurdles and she coached me through those. I finally felt like I could breathe. Within days, I was served by my ex for full custody. I had DCF at my door and I was ready to accept the fact that I was going to lose. I was in no shape to continue. I called her and explained that I was just not strong enough to continue and that I felt it was in the best interest for everyone not to continue. Her response was, "absolutely not, your children need their mother and you need your family now more than ever, I am not going to let you." I was exhausted but I listened to her. I thought about what she said during our first meeting, I am not going to set you up to fail and I am not going to give you false hope. We began this journey in late March, and I was prepared for a 6-12 month battle. I am happy to report that last week I received word that the entire case was withdrawn. I am now back to life with my children and my sanity. I have Mandy to thank for that.

Outstanding WORK!!!! I am so happy with Mandy and her team!!

I am so happy and grateful to have had Mandy and her team on my side. My case involved a multiple year, child custody and removal. Every time I got worked up and stressed over the situation, Mandy was very helpful with explaining everything and reassuring me everything was going to work out. During t...rial it was very clear I hired the right attorney, not only comparing her to the opposing counsel, but the over all way she handle the case. It was very clear she knew what she was doing and had the experience needed. Their is no doubt without Mandy and her team the out come would not have been positive and in my favor.

Trustworthy and Passionate

I can’t express enough how thankful I am for attorney Mandy Hebert along with Jomie and Rose. When I suddenly found myself in a position where my child’s safety was on the line I called and interviewed MANY law offices in the area and knew as soon as I spoke to Mandy she would fight for my child. S...he understood the serious implications of my case and took the time to get all the relevant information needed to litigate my case in a confident/ effective manner. After being served I only had 2 weeks before the first hearing and Mandy used that time wisely, ensuring my answer/ counter claim was expeditiously filed. Fortunately I never had to proceed to trial which I credit to the strength of the case that Attorney Hebert initially presented. I can now breathe a bit easier knowing proper safeguards are in place for my child and shift my energy/ focus to our future. If you are facing a high conflict custody battle I cannot recommend Mandy enough!
