Divorce

Elena is very professional, strong, hard working and diligent in finding the truth through arduous dedication. She is responsive, quick and committed. So happy she is in my corner and taking blows left and right and having outcomes.

The best choice.

I hired Elena after the original lawyer I hired let me down. I felt defeated and scared and stupid. I did a google search for “best divorce in Boston”. Then read all the reviews and called her immediately. I knew immediately she was a good fit for me. I was surprised when she was the one who answered... the phone. I had so much to lose and was so scared to trust someone to understand me and not judge me. From the beginning Elena was incredibly patient and supportive with me and offered sound advice. I feel a huge sense of relief and I’m very satisfied with the outcome. I appreciate her so much! I learned the hard way at first that when you’re going through a divorce you need someone who can do the best for you and get the outcome you’re hoping for but equally as important is someone who has compassion and will treat you like an actual person. And that was the highlight of the many reviews I read about Elena. I understand how difficult the decision is to make because there is so much weighing on it. And everybody has a unique situation with a unique set of circumstances. Elena never made me feel like just another “”client”. My original lawyer wasn’t considerate of what I felt was an individual circumstance and it felt like she was just running the numbers. It’s was extremely stressful. Elena was the opposite. She reassured me when I admitted I was scared and felt like I failing as a mom. She listened to things that were important to me. She explained things without making me feel stupid for not understanding. She was extremely responsive and compassionate towards me. She is a very capable, professional and smart lawyer. She was absolutely the best choice I could have made. I’m so thankful for her.

A great consult

I would recommend Elena. I contacted her during the most difficult time in my life. My husband abandoned me and I, being fully bedridden, barely survived. She immediately found time in her busy schedule and gave a very generous and to the point consult to me and my family. My questions were pretty ra...ndom and numerous, but she answered each and every question with attention to detail and compassion.

Excellent service and results from Tsizer Law

Elena and her staff represented me in a child custody case that resulted in a favorable outcome. She had an assertive and proactive approach, and kept me well informed and engaged in different strategies to consider throughout my case. She is respected by her peers and worked through some challengin...g negotiations with opposing counsel. As a result, my case was resolved efficiently. Elena was always there to support my case, and I felt confident I was represented by a true professional.

Great counseling

For the uncontested divorce I was going through I needed a one-off consultation just to make sure all the necessary papers were in order. Elena was very professional, she set up the right expectations of time, cost and final outcome. The meeting went in the expected time frame, she was very focused ...and advised me in a very throughout and professional manner. We were in front of the judge for 8 min (Worcester Probate Court) and it was done. Thank you, Elena! Highly recommend working with her.
