Exceptional and Brilliant Lawyer

I was charged with a DUI and I thought I was definitely going to get convicted and have a permanent record. Mr. Howie changed that for me. He gave me a peace of mind even before I hired him. He guided me through the court proceedings and put out an exceptional display of professionalism. Because of him I was found NOT GUILTY and can now return to work. Mr Howie is the Best Lawyer you could ask for!!

Wow!

Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with. Win or lose, he was very personable, while keeping an extreme professionality about him. Best decision!

Nick handled my case with complete professionalism. He took the time to listen and you can see that he truly cares. I was pretty nervous throughout but he kept me calm, informed and at ease for each court date. His experience and strategy led to a positive outcome. Extremely Compassionate, responsive attorney

I recently had an unfortunate incident. I had never been arrested and I was in an extreme panic, especially where I felt I shouldn't have been arrested. Nick calmed me down immediately. After talking to 10+ attorneys, Nick was the only one that really seemed to care about my situation. I could just tell that he doesn't do this just for money, and I would highly recommend attorney Nick Howie to anybody in my area...

Highly recommend Nick

Nick had to take on a very hard task to which I felt was a losing situation. He did everything and more to make sure that my trial was fair and went above and beyond to make sure the evidence was in my favor. I'm letting everyone I know to hire him. You won't be disappointed. Also he made time to come out and see us at different locations and even went to the registry with me. Above and beyond in my opinion. Thanks again Nick!

Highly recommended attorney

I would highly recommend Nick as an attorney for any matter relating to OUI. As my attorney, he did everything I could have hoped for during a stressful time. He was quick to answer my questions, always acted professionally, and shared his wealth of experience and expertise. He reviewed my case until he was familiar with each detail. Made the right decision!

Nick Howie was the reason I got my DUI dropped I was unfortunately arrested in March for my DUI I refused a breath test and was scared about how this DUI would change my life!! I looked up lawyers for days trying to find the right guy for my case and Nick reached out to me! He met with me explained how we could win this case and told me how we’re going to deal with this situation!! With the state pushing hard for me to be convinced of a DUI Nick fought harder and got the charge dropped for me!! He was very professional and very well spoke!! I’d tell anyone to go to Nick. 10/10

Nick for the WIN

Highly Recommend

I have had to use Nick more than once. He always worked to get me a fair deal. Recently he got me out of a real jam and got me a great plea deal. He was always very quick to respond to me if I had questions or needed anything. If you’re looking for An OUI lawyer then you should seriously consider using Nick.

Best Lawyer Available

Facing an out of state OUI charge, which would have been counted as a second by the registry in state, I was desperate to find good representation. I found Nick based off of these reviews, and thank God I did. From the first time I spoke with him, he calmed me down and explained all the different options and scenarios in lament terms. His communication throughout the entire several month process was phenomenal, always returning calls, texts, and emails. He pursued the district attorney tirelessly to make a deal dropping the charge to a Reckless Operation. After several months Nick got the deal done, saving my license and with it, my ability to work and enjoy life. Regardless of the results in my case I would have highly recommended Nick, however based on the results and the entire process I can tell you with great certainty he is the absolute best lawyer available.

Highly Recommend

I hired Attorney Nick for a felony criminal charge. That was the best choice I made. He was wonderful, responsive, easy to contact, reliable. I ended up with community service, had to take an online test, and attended counseling, but I have no criminal record thanks to him. I was 100% happy with him. He was excellent! Ticket dismissed

I travel for work and got a traffic ticket in Massachusetts, I hired Mr Nicholson to appear in court for me and to dispute the ticket he got it dismissed for me, he had a great communication with me always answering my phone calls and messages on time. Great so far

I looked far and wide for a great criminal attorney in Salem NH. Sure I could go to Boston and bring in a $700/hour lawyer, but Nick is very down to earth, comforting, and knows his way around the environment local to Southern NH. I am putting my entire reputation on the line with Nick (and my future ability to get employment), and based on all of these fantastic reviews and meeting with Nick, I am confident that Nick will focus like a laser on my case. I look forward to working with an attorney like Nick to a successful conclusion of my case. In fact as my case started to need more expertise he referred me to leverage another colleague in his practice to address it, despite my offering him a bonus to do the work himself. He is honest and that is hard to find these days, in any profession it seems.

Best attorney ever

Nicholas Howie is one of the best attorneys I have ever seen or ever had. I would very very highly recommend him. He is definitely a professional. I was looking at losing my license for one year and have an extensions for one year. I had hired Nick to represent me for safety hearing in Concord. Nick even met me one hour before to discuss my case in further detail. He is definitely a professional. After the hearing I was able to keep my license and have no extension time for anything. I would definitely highly recommend Nicholas Howie to my friends and family. If I ever need a tourney again he is the first person I will call. If there was a 5-star rating I would put a 10. Thank you Nick for everything and my family thanks you too.
