I am a 45 year old successful business owner. Getting arrested
again for DUI was a real shocker and set back. When I look back on my arrest I remember feeling embarrassed, angry an hopeless like there was nothing I could do.
A friend of mine referred me to Mr. Campanella who immediately took my call and listened carefully as I explained what had just happened to me. He asked me a series of detailed questions about my case and explained possible defenses that could be raised in my behalf.
In the end he reduced my punishment on a 3rd DUI from 120 days
down to 10 days most of which were done on sheriff's work project. He not only fought my current case but went back into my prior record and had a prior case dismissed. He takes the time to do the job right down to the smallest details. I am sure glad he was in my corner. Signed, M.C.

John Campanella was highly reccomended to me. I had a problem and he was there. He is very skilled with the court system and offers the highest level of client service. He is well respected in the community and offers a "can do" attitude. During my darkest days in 2007 he was always there. He stayed in contact with my Fiancee and mother and reasured them of his presence and never gave up or threw the towel in. He doesn't now the words, "It can't be done". My story ends with a lesson and a new feeling about life and my responsibility entrusted to me by GOD.

John is a passionate, caring and true professional. I can’t think of anyone else I would would rather have defend me. When I say John is thoughtful and caring, I mean that he genuinely wants the best outcome for his clients and gives his all to every aspect of the case. John was extremly helplful for me under horrible circumstances. He had an answer for every question with a logical reccomendation. He was calm and very comforting with his response. I was quite impressed with John in every aspect. He works diligently to investigate a variety of tactics to carry out his cases. You can count on being informed in a timely fashion. I had faith that John was doing everything he could to either have the case thrown out or win in court. He did not try to sway me as to whether or not to go to trial. He balances being aggressive without annoying the judge, and makes compelling arguments.

I have had to hire several attorneys in the past, all due to a DWI case. Seeing false truths through out my convictions always landed me in the clinker or rather it be in despair. I have learned that when enabled I will always hire the best professional for the job. I know for a fact the Attorney being John Campanella is a true servant of God in our defense. I am in know way suggesting this man is God himself, just that he has and will continue to do everything in his power to save people like us. Even for a moment putting himself in harms way with the courts he faces. Although, we must always remember to always be upfront and honest to the facts in the matter of the case brought forth to us because if we were to ever hold back something, then how can he create a true and good defense on the matter.

John was very helpful. I was looking at 3 years in prison and instead I spent 45 days in jail. He is a good and fair guy and knows what he is doing.
