Shes a Great Lawyer!

I am in the process of going to court now and at first I was really worried. After going in and meeting with Lynn a few times I feel a lot more at ease because she really does know her stuff. She knows all the processes and paperwork pieces, after the first meeting I could tell that shes been doing this for quite some time and loves what she does. I had another lawyer at first, but I didnt feel comfortable with him at all. I wasnt going to stop searching for a lawyer till I found one I was completely comfortable with and luckily I was able to find Lynn before haviing to deal with anymore lawyers that just see my case as another paycheck. I was very glad that Lynn took my case and was just as happy to write a review for her. Everyone should know how great she has been to me because people that have situations dont need the added stress of a bad lawyer.

I have lectured at the Mastering Scientific Evidence Conference for the National College of DUI Defense on Blood Testing Errors and Medical Interactions with Alcohol Absorption and Elimination, Ethics and Diversity.

Best Lawyer

Lynn was wonderful, I recently had my second dui I was devastated, she really took care of it. She got it down to a wet and reckless small fee, 12 hour educational class & no hold on my licenses She is the Best !!

Excellent DUI lawyer

I was dealing with a second DUI when I contacted and hired Lynn. From the first phone call, she showed professionalism, compassion, and more importantly, experience. I can't tell you how comforting it is to have someone as seasoned as Lynn on your side when you're dealing with such a stressful situation. She handled every step of my case, and saved me countless trips to court while we worked through issues with the blood test. And her fees were more than fair given her experience. In the end, I felt confident that we got the best outcome possible given the circumstances. Lynn is a class act. Edit: Oct 2021 - Called Lynn again looking to clear up my record (two DUIs and some little alcohol related issues). Sure enough, a month later, got the court orders dismissing all former convictions. I've got a clean slate.

DISMISSAL OF RESTITUTION CLAIM

Lynn successfully got a large restitution claim against me completely dismissed. The best!!

DUI --> DRY RECKLESS! Yes you read it right. After getting arrested for DUI I was completely devastated. Further talking to attorneys across Bay Area was one heck of an experience to hire right attorney until I reached out to Lynn. Lynn is very professional, caring and has a clear thought process on how she handles a case. In addition to my case, I had a big personal life event waiting round the corner and also a possible immigration consequence if convicted of DUI. The whole situation was a mess and I had no idea what to do. Lynn comforted me and initially also made efforts to expedite the case if I wanted to meet my personal life event. She constantly kept me updated as the case progressed and pointed me to right immigration attorneys as needed. Lynn aggressively negotiated with DA to get me best possible outcome. Lynn 10 out of 10

Lynn is a miracle worker! Last year I was in a very low place and made some troubling decisions. Luckily I made the smart decision in hiring Lynn to get me through it! I thought my DUI would permanently limit the rest of my life— but over the course of a year Lynn has secured an amazing outcome. She let me know I was in good hands and guided me through the process. Excellent Lawyer

I contacted Lynn when my son was stopped and charged with DUI in April 2021. From day one of my call with her to just a couple of days ago when everything was resolved Lynn and her office members especially Teresa Vickers were simply awesome and made me feel comfortable as they knew what they were up against and what needed to be done. My son did not have to attend any court hearings and Lynn took care of the entire process and kept us informed every step of the way. Couple of times I called the to understand a few things and immediately everything was explained clearly so I knew what was going on. Anytime anyone needs a DUI lawyer Lynn is the person to go to. Knows and Works the System

Lynn knows the California Penal system and how to work within its confines. She won't waste time on DA's that just want to expedite and not try to work with her. Lynn is impartial and gives your her honest advice. If it's multiple repeated offences she will be upfront and tell you probable outcomes. Hard in this day to say but Lynn is a honest lawyer. She will fight for you to get the best possible outcome.

Amazing Work

Lynn is a great lawyer, she always kept me in the loop about what was going on in the case. She is very thorough and took extra steps to ensure all evidence was presented to us. As a result of her hard work there were no criminal charges filed against me, the DMV dropped their case against me as well. Amazing job

Couldn’t have asked for a better Lawyer!

Having to look for a Lawyer is something I never thought I’d have to do. I was nervous, scared, depressed of not knowing what kind of mistake this had the capability to turning into. After talking to my cousin who had the same conviction (DUI), he recommended Lynn. I ended up giving her a call right away. Just in the first 5 minutes of talking to her I had already felt a sense of relief. She was completely honest from the start and the level of compassion that she showed me really went a long way. Her years of experience shows in both her knowledge and professionalism. She knows the court system inside and out and the outcome of my trial went beyond my expectations.
