Called several places yesterday in a panic state of mind. Talked with Kit at Christopher Parkhurst Law office He was so helpful, reassuring and pleasant to talk to, we decided to hire him. My son was due to be arraigned today at 1:30 but Kit called us at 11:00 with good news, he had already gotten the DA to drop the case and we didn't have to go to court! It was for two felonies. A heavy load was taken off my shoulders and Kit positively changed my son's life. i feel like we made a friend for life. Can't go wrong with this law firm.

AMAZING

I was very careful & due diligent when looking for my first lawyer... well I made the best choice! I had two felonies on my record, it took a couple months since the courts kept rescheduling, but it happened! They did it! Favorable Outcome

Chris Parkhurst's Law Office + team were exceptional in getting a favorable outcome for me. I hired them for an expungement process, and they practically did everything for me. Prices are exceptionally reasonable as I got a few quotes and this was on the more lower end. There were times were I questioned if they were working on my case due to lack of contact or updates- but rest assure that they are working hard. If I ever needed reassurance or an update, I would send an email and receive a quick response.

Case Dismissed

Being arrested for DUI is not an experience I recommend. Within days I was bombarded with letters from attorneys employing scare tactics. Keeping all of this as confidential as possible for personal and professional reasons was important to me along with a results oriented attorney. I did my research and made a few phone calls and felt confident in my decision to hire Chris Parkhurst's firm. They assured me that I could continue to drive after requesting a DMV hearing on my behalf. They also attended all of my court dates on my behalf and I did not need to physically attend. In addition, I happened to get the toughest DA assigned to my case. Chris's team is the hardest working firm I've encountered. They coached and consulted me through the entire process. Attorney Scoffeld was great to work with. We won the DMV hearing first (suspension set aside). They uncovered some strong evidence that should have gotten a dismissal at the hearings but the DA chose to ignore. Eventually, the DA, after reviewing a very convincing argument, agreed to dismiss the case before it got to trial. The level of commitment, service, and value I received far exceeded the amount I paid. In my opinion, it was priceless.

Misdemeanor & Drinking in public place charge

I am an Indian, Got misdemeanor charge due to drinking in my parked car in front of my apartment on one sad day. This is first such incident in my life. After talking with Chris & Steve i got full confidence that my case is not even belongs to misdemeanor nor it's a public place. The fee they charge is reasonable as compared to other lawyers and prompt response made a foreigner like me as very happy & i finally i became fan of Chris & Steve. Hope

"Heroes represent the best of ourselves, respecting that we are human beings. A hero can be anyone from Gandhi to your classroom teacher, anyone who can show courage when faced with a problem. A hero is someone who is willing to help others in his or her best capacity." And Chris did just that. I got myself into some trouble a couple years ago and made the biggest mistake of my life. I initially had a different lawyer and the last time I appeared in court, they had sent someone else without my knowledge. So there I was, confused and embarrassed.... with a person I've never met, representing me. At that moment I decided I needed to find another lawyer. Stumbled across Chris on Yelp and showed up at his office shortly after contacting him. He was very understanding and seemed like he genuinely cared, which is very important to me. I can't trust someone who I feel doesn't. He also clearly explained everything. To add on, he's also very affordable. I received great news recently and it's all thanks to him. Outstanding! He is a Great Attorney!

I would like to thank Mr Parkhurst and Mr Scoffeld very much! I had a DUI in Placer County and at first hired another attorney who promised everything but was a slacker! He did not return phone calls or emails! Then I fired him after he didn't even show up for my DMV hearing. Then I found Mr Parkhurst. He treated me very good and even gave me sound advice about the SR 22 Ins company. It seemed money was never his big motivator. That was such a nice feeling! Always had time to answer my questions and do the best for me! I really got a good deal with the DA considering my. ,017. I got time served and didn't have to do any jail or house arrest!!! A great experience in difficult times

3rd DUI

If the first or second DUI was not stressful enough. We found ourselves facing a 3rd. First instinct was to find an attorney given we only had 10 days to schedule the DMV hearing and to find out what was to come with this third offence. Being out of county we had to find an attorney in the county the 3 rd DUI was received in I immediately took to the internet to find an attorney. I left several messages for Attorneys to call me back and heard from not one but two from the Parkhurst Law Group Kit and Chris Kingley almost immediately. From that initial phone call to the end of my case I can say every time I called I received an immediate call back. Chris took the time to explain the legal process to me until I understood it and always made himself available to me. He resolved my case quickly and got me the best outcome based on my personnel case. His down to earth personality made the experience less intimidating and would highly recommend him to anyone

Life savers

Chris Parkhurst and Kit Westbrook were unbelievably professional, confident, and reassuring in the entire process of them resolving my issue. I was falsely accused of a serious crime that would have had a major impact on not only my occupation, but my life as well. I was very worried about the allegations and started calling lawyers immediately. Kit and Chris took time out of their day to advise me on what I should do even before I hired them. Once I hired them, they were great about keeping me informed on the status of the case and everything they were doing for me to resolve it before it would even go to trial. It took roughly 30 days and they contacted me letting me know that the case wouldn't even be going to trial! Thanks guys, you really did make a huge difference and thank you for protecting my rights, it was a stressful month but I'm glad it's over. I'll mail yall a bottle of authentic Italian wine haha **** I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs legal representation... Christopher Parkhurst is AMAZING!

A few months ago I found out that I had 7 felony warrants for my arrest. I was terrified. I am a mother of twins and work very hard to support my children. I was so overwhelmed with fear and anxiety over all the what ifs that I could barely bring myself to even call anybody for advice. The first time I called Christopher Parkhurst and Associates, I didn't even want to tell them my name. Every person at the firm that I spoke with was patient, understanding, but most of all knowledgeable about what I was going through. They made me feel comfortable talking to them from day one. They told me what I was facing and what my options were, and kept me informed along the way. I am overjoyed to say that early this week I found out that Chris was able to get the 7 felonies turned into 1 misdemeanor, and that further discussions might be able to get it dismissed completely. Such A Blessing!

I can't be more thankful for Mr Parkhurst and his services. He worked very hard on my case, lowered it from a Felony to a misdemeanor and made sure that I had NO jail time. He is very sincere and he takes time to make sure that his clients are happy with the results. I have never met anyone as hard working as Mr Parkhurst! Definitely recommend him to everyone!
