Candice Fields

Candice Fields is a federal criminal defense attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in complex criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Her practice focuses on federal white-collar criminal defense, government investigations, and serious federal criminal cases. She regularly practices in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Northern Districts of California.

Ms. Fields represents clients at all stages of federal criminal matters, with particular emphasis on pre-indictment representation, including federal grand jury investigations and subpoenas, search warrants, and government investigations in which charging decisions have not yet been made.

Her practice includes matters involving wire and mail fraud, bank and financial fraud, money laundering, tax offenses, healthcare and government-program fraud, conspiracy, and parallel criminal, civil, and regulatory proceedings. She also represents clients in complex and multi-defendant federal prosecutions, trials, plea negotiations, and sentencing.

Ms. Fields has represented clients in investigations involving the U.S. Department of Justice, federal investigative agencies, and the California Attorney General.

She founded Candice Fields Law, PC to provide experienced, highly individualized representation in serious criminal matters. Clients work directly with Ms. Fields throughout the representation.
